Languag Eecology And Language Harmony Construction In Tongliao Of Innermongolia

In ecolinguistics,it advocates the interdependence and interaction between language and its external environment and its own environment.Furthermore,the language system and the ecosystem have similar internal relations,and the higher the degree of language diversity,the higher the harmony and stability of the ecological environment system.Under the background of accelerating the process of global integration,however,some minority languages in China are facing unprecedented crisis,which affects the diversity of languages and the harmony of language ecology.In this paper,based on the theory of "linguistic diversity" of ecolinguistics,starting from the language ecosystem of Tongliao City in Inner Mongolia,the method of language field investigation is used to investigate the current situation of language use in Tongliao City.In addition,this paper investigates the language attitudes and expectations of monolingual,bilingual or multilingual users in Tongliao City by means of interviews.Then,it uses the statistical software SPSS(Statistics Package for Social Science)to carry out probability statistics on the data of the questionnaire.Combined with the literature and previous research results,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the field survey data,and further explores the problems of language harmony and language protection in Inner Mongolia with the analysis of social culture,ethnic identity and other factors.In addition to the conclusion,a total of six aspects are investigated and discussed as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the origin,significance,object,ideas and methods of this study.In the second chapter,This paper introduces the basic situation of the research place and the investigated object.First of all,from the perspective of city profile and language distribution,this chapter introduces the research area of Tongliao City.Secondly,this chapter,from the point of view of gender,age,nationality,regional distribution,education level and other aspects,introduces the basic situation of the research object of this field survey.Through the investigation,the following aspects are obtained: Tongliao City as a research site has a good typicality,suitable for thisinvestigation and research.The research objects meet the research requirements,and the results are representative.In the third chapter,the status quo of Tongliao language use in Inner Mongolia is investigated.From the perspective of language use survey,this paper describes the current situation of Tongliao language use in Inner Mongolia,and obtains the research data needed by this study through SPSS20.0 software analysis.The results are as follows: most of the language users in Tongliao,have a higher level of Chinese than Mongolian.And with the decrease of age,bilingual users use Chinese more frequently in daily life and learning.In the fourth chapter,through the questionnaire survey,it makes a statistical analysis on the awareness level of Tongliao ethnic groups to the current national and local laws and regulations on language.Moreover,combined with the data of language attitude,it analyzes Tongliao citizens' attitude towards language use.This paper not only understands the cognition of language users to language laws and regulations,but also understands the promotion of current language laws and regulations in ethnic minority areas,which provides certain social parameters for the government to further implement laws and regulations.In terms of data,the following aspects are obtained:Tongliao people's awareness of the laws and regulations of the national language is low,and the propaganda effect of the policy is not good.However,the attitude of language users towards Chinese and Mongolian is very good,and there is no phenomenon of exclusion.In the fifth chapter,the paper summarizes and analyzes the linguistic ecological characteristics of Tongliao city in Inner Mongolia and the influence of social development on its linguistic ecology.First of all,according to the previous survey results,we can find that the characteristics of linguistic ecology in Tongliao city of Inner Mongolia are respectively:Mongolian also has strong language vitality,a lot of words mixing in Mongolian and Han nationality is produced,the use of language presents in a hierarchy varies with the age of the language speaker,language landscape font size reflects the sequence of the language and exists other minority languages;what is more,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of promoting linguistic ecological change in Tongliao city,Inner Mongolia from the aspect of national identity,social language identity,social network development and regional economic development.For example,urban economic development drives population mobility,and there is a direct impact of the language contact between the language of external immigrants and the local ethnic group.In the sixth chapter,based on the preceding part of the text,some suggestions are put forward to protect the linguistic ecological harmony in Tongliao city,Inner Mongolia.It is of great significance for multilingual harmony in ethnic minority areas to protect the integrity of ethnic groups and build a harmonious society.Therefore,this chapter puts forward suggestions for the linguistic ecological protection of Tongliao city in Inner Mongolia from four aspects: maintain linguistic diversity,strengthen legislation and execution system on language,promote bilingual education and use media to inherit minority languages.
