Research On The Realization Mechanism Of China's Green Development Under The Perspective Of The Capital Logic's Criticism

The increasingly fierce global economic competition has brought more and more serious ecological and environmental problems,which require a new understanding and reflection on the modern development model.In the face of the requirement of ecological civilization and green development,China put the construction of ecological civilization into the general plan of "five-in-one" for building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Then the greening has been one of the goals of realizing new "five modernizations".For formulating the 13th five-year plan in the fifth plenary session of the 18th Communist Party of China central committee,the concepts of innovation-driven development,balanced development,green development,open development and development for all have been proposed.What's more,the green development has been formally established as a new development concept of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It can be discovered that the concept of green development is one of the unique characteristics of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,and it will become a leading development thought for a long period in the current and future.Green development focuses on how to achieve better development.As the power of capital is the dominant and leading force in the development of contemporary society and capital logic still plays an important role in influencing the choice of development path and development mode.To study the realization of green development from the perspective of capital logic criticism has become an important and unavoidable problem.Under the background and opportunity of the China's innovation for green development,this paper attempts to shift the focus from a single perspective of environmental protection to the issue of the mechanism for achieving green development.Finding the source of environmental problems and ecological crises is the key to the achievement of green development.The meaning of studying the realization mechanism of green development from the perspective of capital logic criticism is how to solve the major contradictions of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,which will meet the growing needs of the people for a better life,especially the needs for beautiful living environment and high-quality ecological products.At the same time,it can restrain the anti-ecological nature of capital logic and provide ideological guidance and practical path for the realization of green development and the construction of beautiful China finally.Based on the fundamental position of ecology and development's philosophy of Marxism,taking Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels's critique of capital logic of the original for the essence of human society's ecological environment as the breakthrough point,analyzing the reality of green development in contemporary China and combining with the latest achievements of the sinicization of Marxism,this paper makes an intensive study on how to construct the mechanism of realizing green development under the perspective of the capital logic's criticism.Firstly,this paper systematically reviews the theoretical origin,historical causes and core connotation of Karl Marx's understanding of capital and his critique of capital logic.It holds that the critique of capital logic is the concrete expansion of ecology and development's philosophy of Marxism.Karl Marx studied the criticism of relationship,value multiplication and real process of capital logic from three aspects:philosophy,political economics and practice.He pointed out that the anti-ecological nature of capital logic will become the important cause of ecological problems.The historical causes and core tendencies of ecological problems unveil the limitations of western green capitalism and provide a historical opportunity of achieving green development for contemporary China.Secondly,on the premise of completing the theoretical preparation,this paper explains the relationship between green development and the anti-ecological of capital logic,and traces back to the mechanism of the anti-ecological of capital logic.Owing to rent-seeking and interest entanglement caused by capital logic,green development is confronted with the dilemma of"seeing difference without identical,seeing substance without people and seeing abandon without sublation",which provides an opportunity for the construction of green development realization mechanism in theory and practice.Thirdly,in view of the changing times about anti-ecological of capital logic and the realistic predicament of green development,the paper discusses capital logic' sublation is the key of constructing the mechanism of green development.It emphasizes the system advantages of sublating the capital logic in China's green development.Then it puts forward the multiple conditions and main contents of constructing the mechanism of green development,which mainly includes the driving mechanism of capital logic's application,the guarantee mechanism of capital logic's drive and the leading mechanism of capital logic' transcendence.Finally,from three dimensions of the innovation of social relations,the linkage of subject forms and the practical transformation of green development,this paper expounds the core issues about the driving mechanism of capital logic's application,the guarantee mechanism of capital logic's drive and the leading mechanism of capital logic' transcendence.It can be realized by the transformation from technological dependence on development to social relations,from materialism of development to people-centered,from development's capital logic to better life of logic's pursuit.Nowadays,China should grasp the historical characteristics of capital logic and break the dilemma of development for the anti-ecological of capital logic.Green development will become the sublation of capital logic fundamentally,which relies on socialist forces in the application,drive and transcendence of capital logic.The "development" of green development will be stressed by the driving mechanism and the "green" attribute of green development will be realized by the guarantee mechanism.According to the leading mechanism,green development can surpass traditional development which follows the capital logic,so as to complete the realization mechanism of green development under the perspective of capital logic's criticism.
