promotes grass-root trait up to international level,which makes it necessary to identify Mass Sports idea and Competitive Sports idea while generalizing the development of 3x3 basketball in China.The main functions of 3x3 basketball consists of exercising,training and school sports teaching.Special competing environment also makes 3x3 basketball has the function of promoting communication and
