| The project question is, "Will the confidence and desire of preachers to communicate God's Word effectively to Millennials be enhanced with an increased understanding of Millennials and the practical methods to reach them?" Through the project, the change being sought was primarily attitudinal, however the overall goal was the discovery of means and methods to enhance the effectiveness of those communicating God's Word to the Millennial generation.;The research was done through an extensive study of literature on the distinctives and other aspects of the Millennial generation related to communication of the gospel. The data was utilized in a one-day seminar presented by the researcher to communicators of God's Word. As the summary of results show in this project paper, levels of confidence and desire to preach more effectively to Millennials were enhanced. |
