With its unique spatial view and mind,GIS reveals the potential spatial distribution characteristics and dynamic change rules between various objects and phenomena from the perspective of spatial correlation and interaction.With the development of GIS theory and technology,more and more experts and scholars are aware of the importance of the research on the relationship between Spatio-temporal objects.The description,management,analysis and expression of the ubiquitous relationship between Spatio-temporal objects are conducive to the discovery of potential laws and trends,which has a certain practical significance.Starting from the basic theory of Spatio-temporal object relationship,this paper studied the key technologies of data generation,management and visualization of relationship from the perspective of “theoretical method,technical realization and experimental verification”.The main contents of this paper are as follow:(1)We expounded the background and significance of this paper,and analyzed the necessity of the research from the perspective of theoretical basis,data generation and management,data visualization,etc.We analyzed and summarized the theoretical,technical and application deficiencies of correlated Spatio-temporal relationship,so as to make clear the research scope,research target,and research content of this paper.(2)Research on the basic theory of Spatio-temporal object relationship.This paper discussed the basic conception,definition,characteristics and classification of Spatio-temporal object relationship,studied the graph model,node model,edge model,relationship attribute,relationship weight and relationship rules that constitute the basic data model of Spatio-temporal object relationship,and proposed SIGM model based on the existing Spatio-temporal data model to support the description of relationship changes.(3)Research on data generation methods of Spatio-temporal object relationship.This paper expounded the basic conception of Spatio-temporal object relationship data generation,and on the basis of analyzing the existed methods and their applicability,we provided the method system of Spatio-temporal object relationship data generation.This paper discussed the basic generation methods from the aspects of basic data generation,dynamic data generation,weight data generation and method applicability.Aiming at the problems existed in the basic generation methods,we studied the batch generation methods based on calculator,rules and models respectively,and discussed the steps,process,alogorithms and applicability of each method.(4)Research on data storage technology of Spatio-temporal object relationship.This paper discussed the existed storage strategies of relationship data and their shortcomings.On the basis of integrating the advantages of relational database and graph database,we proposed a mix up storage strategies of Spatio-temporal object relationship data.We designed the master and slave databases and realized the data synchronization between the master and slave databases by data synchronization pipeline.We studied the data access of mix up mode,designed and analyzed the access framework,access mode,access interface,and access language.We also studied the organization of Spatio-temporal object data,relationship data and dynamic data.(5)Research on visualization algorithm of Spatio-temporal object relationship.We discussed the basic conception and classification of Spatio-temporal object relationship visualization,analyzed the difficulties of relationship visualization,and proposed node distribution concerned hierarchical visualization algorithm,the aggregation visualization algorithm of nodes and edges,spatially coupled force-directed algorithm,and node-centered edge bundling algorithm.These algorithms can alleviate the visual confusion caused by large-amount Spatio-temporal object relationship in map visualization from different perspections.(6)Based on the theoretical and technical research results above,the Spatio-temporal obhect relationship experimental system was built under the environment of microservice architecture.Taking the data of COVID-19 epidemic in Henan province as an example,interactive generation,calculator generation,reasoning generation,simplification visualization,aggregation visualization,node layout visualization,edge bundling visualization of relationship were conducted to verify the correctness and feasibility of the research results.
