This article is effectively to deal with high skill talented person’s demand, raise andsecurity problems, let Huaibei Mining as the research object, aimed at the problems of high-skilledtalent management and focus points, put high-skilled talents cultivation system and incentivesystem for research. First of all, analyze the current situation of high-skilled talents in HuaibeiMining Group, Huaibei Mining Group was built based on system dynamics high skill talentedperson’s demand analysis model, and set up four kinds of situations demand for highly skilledemployees in the simulation.
