| Reasonable mining methods were studied of close and ultra-close residual coal of8#and9#coal seams which were represented by Guandi coal mine and widely exist in Xi Shan miningarea. Combined with characteristics of coal seams of8#coal seam of the first mining face, thereare three conditions in slicing: the upper slice has been mined, the whole seam remains unminedand residual pillar. Interval between8#and9#coal seam is0.4-1.2m, intervals of the whole minehas a significant variation, ranges from0.26m-13.8m. Interlayer which affects mining of9#andcaving of8#seams jointly was calculated first, concluded that except that only interlayer underthe slicing gob of8#coal seam was more than0.9m, all the others met the demand of jointexploitation. therefore proposed working face with layout of stagger positioned roadways in twolayers, to realize one roadway with triple purposes; The same roadways layout was adopted insucceeding face, through calculation, obtained that it would meet the demand of jointexploitation if the thickness of interlayer of succeeding face was less than1.43m. On that basis,for problems that the working resistance needed under residual pillar was large, coal caving anddrawing ability of lower slicing was bad and spontaneous combustion, etc. correspondingtechnical measures were proposed. |
