| This topic from Tang J H coal mine 61101 fully-mechanized working face of two coal roadway of the Inner Mongolia as the background,research on the surrounding rock control and support technology of coal roadway with extra waste and rich water in coal seam.Water has a great influence on rock strength,rock in the water softening deformation,resulting in the decrease of strength of coal rock,anchor rod anchor cable anchorage force is reduced,and even cause rock roadway collapse,safe hidden trouble and cause safety accidents.In order to prevent collapse deformation of the surrounding rock of roadway,using methods such as theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field practice of original supporting plan further research.The final conclusions are as follows:This paper introduces the characteristics of the surrounding rock and the layout of the coa’l roadway in the thick coal seam,and determines the softening coefficient of the surrounding rock when the water is softened.Through theoretical analysis,apply the criteria of rock destruction(Coulomb-Navier)to determine the stress circle and shear strength of linear relationship,also obtained the relation between the maximum principal stress and minimum principal stress;To establish the stress analysis diagram of the coal roadway roof and floor beam,analysis of the influence damage factors of roof and floor,through theoretical analysis and calculation,the maximum deflection,rotation angle and maximum principal stress of the roof and floor beam failure are obtained,to determine the maximum deflection and the maximum principal stress appears in the middle of the roof and floor beam,the biggest angle appear in the ends of the floor and the roof beam;To analyze the stability of the roof beam,through mechanics model to keep the stability of rock mechanics relationship,it is concluded that the relationship between the rock horizontal thrust and arch angle vertical force,the roadway span increase will cause horizontal force and vertical force of arch angle increases,increased to a certain degree of stone blocks will occur.Use the method of physical experiment carry on the lithology analysis to the rock sample with water,apply the numerical simulation software of FLAC 3D to analyze the original support scheme in coal roadway,the simulation of the original effect is not ideal,it is need to optimize parameter for the original support scheme.This paper puts forward four kinds of optimization measures,to optimize for the different roadway section shape and parameters of the anchor bolt and anchor cable,four kinds of optimization scheme through the numerical simulation analysis,the resulting micro flat arch section of an optimized scheme is reasonable.Applying theory to practice,through to monitor the displacement variation of the roof and floor and the two sides of the surrounding rock,to monitor the roof and two sides of the roadway of the anchor cable anchorage force size,determine the optimization scheme is reasonable.This paper concluded the research results above,for the similar geological conditions of surrounding rock supporting provide a theoretical basis. |
