Abstract:Constant innovation and broad application of information technology have propelled development in increasing number of fields where upgrading of industrial informatization are witnessed. Being a powerful weapon, innovation and application of information technology are embraced by and integrated in most industries to improve core competitiveness. Similar changes are also taking place in domestic mining field. Mining used to be constrained by backward equipment, poor digital managerial capability and low efficiency in resource utilization. While modern mining is capable of digital management of basic production scheduling, making high efficient equipment dispatching and resource utilization possible. In this paper, such issues as existing informatization platform based data integration for production scheduling, fine design of mining parameters and real time warning system are studied. The aim of the study is to integrate management and implementation of said issues through one single information technology based dispatching platform, which, in light of the demand of the mining industry, is of great significance.As a systematic engineering,mining dispatching involves many down-to-earth issues. Step wise implementation and realization of this huge system hinge upon real demand of mining enterprises. Therefore, realization of mining dispatching is a gradual process with innovation and application of informatization techniques. Principle of overall design and stepwise implementation should be strictly followed in realizing mining dispatching. As a result, informatization of dispatching in individual mining activities should be pursued before final integration is done within the dispatching system. In light of the specific demand of mining enterprise, some key issues of dispatching as presented below are studied in this paper.(1) Considering the characteristics of mining data acquisition technique and the form of acquired data, this paper studies spatial information acquisition techniques, data acquisition concerning mining resource and networked acquisition technique. Proper store metadata and corresponding data structure are defined. Based on articulated proof of dispatching data application, stable, real time and open management and invocation of data was realized.(2) Principle and characteristics of widely applied3D modelling techniques were analyzed. Based on the analysis, database storage principle was used to define dictionary structure of the dispatching system and data structure. Case study then made proved applicability of this method.(3) Categorization of visualized dispatching subjects was made via visualized3D simulation technique. Principle and method of dynamic dispatching view were studied in view of visualized resource environment modelling, dynamic model upgrading and simulation of real time mining activity. The structure of Platform+Plug-In was proposed to build visualized simulation platform. Visualized3D simulation of dispatching subjects was realized within the VC++and HOOPS development platform.(4) Knowledge reasoning method of mining dispatchingwas proposed after a thorough analysis concerning mining production element and mining technique was conducted. The reasoning step design was made after definition of the reasoning structure and corresponding data structure was done. A mining safety production system concentrating on personnel, property, material and production was put forward from the perspective of safety control of dispatching.(5) Mining production resource allocation via linear fuzzy prediction theory was made based on acquired data concerning mining production and demand analysis of mining enterprise. In view of block caving, analysis and demonstration of resource mining parameters was made, based on which an effective method of production data acquisition for intelligent dispatching was proposed. In the study, the thought of proper mining dispatching parameter decision via optimized resource optimization and effective evaluation of mining parameter was illustrated, providing insightful reference to mining decision-making.(6) Application of mining production pre-warning and disaster pre-warning within virtual simulation platform was proposed after an analysis was made concerning3D virtual simulation. Under postulated condition, mining water bursting was simulated via3D simulation technique in a virtual platform. This application was put forward for safety implementation of the mining production dispatching system.(7) Architecture construction and realization of the dispatching system was studied. Key technique concerning dispatching implementation was illustrated from the perspective of both mining activity and safety production. Production scheduling and its safety implementation with satisfactory result achieved were realized in view of certain demands of mining enterprises.
