As technology developed the speed of the combers go higher and higher.As well as the manufacturability of each comber is improved and caused a relative decrease in labor and energy costs.It is enormous economic benefits.However with increased speed of combers,lots of vibrations,shocks and noise come along which hindered the further enhance of the speed of comber.Therefor the research and development of the main transmission mechanism is necessary and meaningful for increase the speed of combers.This article papers in analysis study has currently clamp axis whole turnover moving more axis drive of fine comb machine main movement institutions in fine comb process in the function of based Shang,according to its exists of insufficient,proposed has three big main movement institutions of improved design programme: for clamp Board movement institutions,design out a in fine comb machine within can right installation and in of work process in the can stable passed force of Shang clamp Board eccentric pressure institutions;for Tin forest speed institutions,design perfect double joint double crank linkage and the structure,And this based Shang design out meet narrow space limit requirements and can bear high-speed running of installation machine frame;for separation Laura servo drive institutions,for reduced servo motor in drive separation Laura drive institutions Shi bear of dynamic inertia load,in original separation Laura institutions Shang,on and servo motor connection of entered axis maximum angular acceleration minimum for optimization design,makes by design of institutions can in as not change existing fine comb machine space layout of conditions Xia effective installation.During the process of research,the Matlab optimization toolbox is used first to work out the best sizes for each linking of the mechanism.Then by using the Solidworks to build up the virtual prototype,which is going to be used to motion and for verify whether the mechanism I designed is reliable or not.
