The Data Mining Research On The Diagnosis And Treatment Characteristics In Post Menstrual Period Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Master Professor Xia GuiCheng's Menstrual Cycle Rhythm Adjustment Theory

Objective:This research aimed at verifing,enriching and optimizing diagnosis and treatment experiences in post menstrual period of Professor Xia Guicheng's menstrual cycle rhythm adjustment theory by using data mining methods.Methods:Data acquisition:The medical record database was established to acquire structured electronic medical records of patients who were treated in post menstrual period by Professor Xia Guicheng.Data processing:All the acquired electronic medical records were imported into the data warehouse of Guang'anmen Hospita by ETL software.Data Mining:frequency statistics analysis method,complex network analysis,point mutual information method andtopic model analysis method were used to research on diagnosis and treatment characteristics in post menstrual period of Professor Xia Guicheng's menstrual cycle rhythm adjustment theory around disease,pathogenesis,symptom,formula and herb.Data Analysis:the data mining results were explained and analysed combined with the professional knowledge.Results:Mining results of diagnosis:the top western medical diagnostics in post menstrual period were infertility,pelvic inflammatory disease,abnormal uterine bleeding,endometriosis,polycystic ovary syndrome etc.the top traditional Chinese medical diagnostics in post menstrual period were infertility,menstruation delay,hypomenorrhea,amenorrhea,dysmenorrhea etc.The top infertile factors in post menstrual period were chronic salpingitis,polycystic ovary syndrome,diminished ovarian reserve,uterine fibroid,endometriosis.Mining results of pathogenesis:The top pathogenesis in post menstrual period were deficiency of kidney-yin,heart-fire,stasisloodhinders,spleen-stomach disharmony,kidney-spleen-yang deficiency,liver-fire,block of damp and hot.The pathogenesis in post menstrual period showed up as yin-yang disharmony,disturbance of qi and blood,disorder of fluid metabolism,disorder of the heart-kidney-uterus axle,dynamic,static,rise,fall syndrome contradictions in post menstrual period.Mining results of prescription:Yin-blood Restoring was the core treatments of gynecological diseases in post menstrual period,involved with kidney,heart,liver,spleen and stomach.the therapy in post menstrual period inclued nourishing the blood and yin,reinforcing yin from yang,regulating heart for nourishing yin,regulating liver for theory,provided objective evidence for Professor Xia Guicheng's diagnosis and treatment academic experiences and provided a new method of carring forward Professor Xia Guicheng's academic experiences.
