Analysis Of The Medication Rule Of Treating Epigastralgia By Shen Jiaji Of Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On The Computing Platform Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Pressing

Objective:Through data mining,this study summarized and analyzed the medication rules of Shen Jiaji,a famous old Chinese medicine practitioner,in the treatment of epigastric pain,and summarized the clinical experience of Shen Jiaji,director(hereinafter referred to as Shen Lao)in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide theoretical basis for enriching clinical prescription medication and relevant ideas for TCM diagnosis and treatment.Methods:140 first-diagnosed cases of epigastric pain treated by Shen Lao in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to April 2022 were collected.The information of outpatient cases and prescription drugs were normalized,and WPS Excel 2019 was used to establish a database.And upload it to the V3.0 system of TCM inheritance computing platform.Through the data analysis module in the platform system,frequency analysis,symptom frequency,tongue pulse frequency,drug normalization,drug flavor,drug efficacy,association rule analysis and cluster analysis are carried out on the uploaded data information.To discuss the drug rule and core prescription of Shen Lao for the treatment of epigastric pain,and summarize the clinical experience of Shen Lao in the treatment of this disease.Results:1.Among the 140 cases included in this study,53 were male,accounting for38%,and 87 were female,accounting for 62%.Females were significantly higher than males.2.Through the analysis of 140 clinical patients with epigastric pain,73 symptoms were collected in this study,and 14 symptoms with frequency ≥20 were found.The top 10 symptoms were stomach pain,bitter mouth,distension of stomach,numbness,sticky stool,poor sleep,nausea,sticky mouth,fatigue and belching.A total of 69 TCM flavors were involved in this study,among which 12 were more than 100 with a frequency,and the top 8 were bupleurum,patchouli,Scutellaria scutellaria,Rhizoma cocksbane,poria poria,Rhizoma turcica and glycyrrhiza licorice.From high to low,the frequency distribution of the four qi drugs was cold drugs,flat drugs,warm drugs,hot drugs and cool drugs.The frequency distribution of five tastes from high to low was bitter,occinative,sweet and warm,sour and salty.From high to low frequency,the distribution of drug meridian was spleen meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian,liver meridian,heart meridian,gallbladder meridian,kidney meridian,small intestine meridian,large intestine meridian,bladder meridian,pericardium meridian and sanjiao meridian.The frequency distribution of drug efficacy from high to low was humidification,tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,regulating qi,improving water and moistening dampness,relieving surface,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,digestion,warming Li and hemostasis.3.The use of traditional Chinese medicine calculation formula of transmission platform in the data analysis module analysis,support the number is set to 128,with91% support,the confidence level of 0.9,114 get association rules,article 43 drug model,get the core drug 8,radix bupleuri,herba agastachis respectively,radix scutellariae,chicken’s gizzard-membrane,poria cocos,turmeric,rhizoma atractylodis,radix glycyrrhizae,Shen Lao commonly used drug combination for bupleurum,patchouli;Bupleurum,scutellaria;Poria,atractylodes;Gold in chicken and patchouli.4.Cluster analysis with K-means algorithm was used to obtain 6 groups of core prescription drugs,which were respectively: Group 1 core drugs:bupleurum,patchouli,Rhizome,scutellaria scutellaria,turmeria,atractylodes,poria cocos,cardamom;Group 2 core drugs: bupleurum,patchouli,Rhizoma corygium,turniflora,Chinaziaceae,Magnolia officinalis,poria cocos and scutellaria;Group 3 core drugs:Rhizome cockrum,atractylodes atractylodes,poria cocos,bupleurum bupleurum,Rhizome curcuma,patchouli,Scutellaria scutellarii,chinaziaceae seed;Group 4 core drugs: Fructus trichosanthes husk,Magnolia officinalis,poria cocos,bupleurum,patchouli,Scutellaria scutellaria,cardamom and rhizome;Group 5 core drugs:Rhizome,poria,bupleurum,patchouli,scutellaria scutellaria,glycyrrhiza,atractylodes atractylodes and Rhizome;Group 6 core drugs: Radix galli,Bupleurum bupleurum,patchouli,Scutellaria scutellaria,licorice,atractylodes atractylodes,poria cocos,Chinaziaceae seed.Conclusions:1.According to the statistical analysis of 140 patients with epigastric pain in this study,the average age of onset of epigastric pain in males and females was 50 years old,and the high-frequency symptoms were mainly stomach pain,bitter mouth and distension of stomach.The highest frequency of red tongue was 95 times,white tongue coating was the highest frequency,and the pulse string was the highest frequency.2.The drugs used by Shen Lao to treat this disease were mainly cold drugs.The five tastes are mainly bitter.Drugs to spleen meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian,liver meridian mainly.The efficacy of the drug is mainly humidifying and supplementing deficiency.3.The core drugs of Shen Lao for the treatment of epigastric pain were bupleurum,patchouli,Scutellaria,Rhizome,poria,turmeria,atractylodes and licorice.Four core drug combinations were obtained,and six core prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis.4.Establish the method of soothing the liver,strengthening the gallbladder,strengthening the spleen,harmonizing the stomach and consolidating the intestine to achieve the purpose of waking up the spleen and relieving pain.
