Study On Mining Literature On Clinical Application Of Yuye Decoction Based On Data

Objective:This research uses statistical tools-data mining,based on ancient medical records,discriminant analysis,factor analysis,frequency analysis and correlation analysis of Yuye Decoction in modern journals.Revealing the law of Yuye Decoction’s diagnosis and treatment,will help further clinical Application.Methods:We searched and downloaded the modern journal related to Yuye decoction in"traditional Chinese medicine periodicals".According to the standard and exclusion criteria,we recorded the clinical treatment imformation of Yuye decoction.We normalized the name of medicine,the name of disease,the symptom,and the syndrome.Establish a database of these medical records,We utilized MedcaseV3.2 to process the statistic data.Focusing on the symptom,the type of disease,the prescription,and the pathological mechanism,we researched Yuye decoction according to the statistic data.Results:Refine the 484 medical records in the journal for data research and analysis.In terms of gender,232 consultations were female and 252 consultations were male patients.In terms of age,the oldest was 76 years old and the youngest was only 4 years old(children summer fever);In terms of segments,the frequency of appearance from high to low ages are:50 to 59 years old,40 to 49 years old,and 30 to 39 years old.1.Among the name of TCM and Western disease,the main diseases with frequency above 5%were diabetes,coronary heart disease.In the top 10 diseases of Western category of diseases,there were four diseases of endocrine system,which are diabetes,Sjogren’s syndrome,hyperthyroidism and myasthenia gravis;The TCM diseases with frequency of more than 10 times from high to low were:disease with the symptom of frequent drinking and urination,thoracic obstruction,nape obstruction,and endogenous dryness.The wide distribution of diseases highlighted the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of different diseases at the same time.2.In clinical manifestations,there were more than 30 main symptoms,the frequency of which was more than 30%,including fatigue,dry mouth,polydipsia,fatigue,frequent urination,foam urine,poor sleep,dizziness,and dysphoria.The data analysis of internal association rules showed that the highest degree of support between symptoms were dry mouth and fatigue,followed by frequent drinking and dry mouth.The highest level of confidence was mental fatigue,fatigue and excessive drinking.Among them,the symptome of fatigue was related to 8 types diseases,followed by the dry mouth which was related to 7 types diseases.3.In the aspect of tongue coating,red tongue is the most common symptom.The highest frequency of the red tongue is 61.78%,which was obviously higher than that of other tongue.The highest frequency of tongue coating was the white and thin tongue coating,followed by the thin tongue coating,and the frequencies of them were 31.40%and 25.21%respectively(both above 20%),which was obviously higher than that of other tongue coating.The data analysis of internal association rules showed that from the angle of A to B,the red tongue was closely related to the white and thin tongue coating and the thin tongue coating,the supporting degree of which was the highest.From the point of view of B to A,the correlation degree among the thin and white tongue coating,the thin tongue coating and the red tongue was greater,and the supporting degree of which was the highest,indicated that there was a high correlation among red tongue,the white and thin tongue coating and the thin tongue coating.4.The pulse images,the frequency of which was more than 20%,were thready pulse,wiry pulse,slippery pulse,and rapid pulse,the frequencies were 85.74%,57.44%,43.80%and 25.83%respectively.The frequency of thready pulse was the highest,and the frequency of wiry pulse was the second highest.The analysis of data in internal association rules shows that from the angle of A to B,the relationship between thready pulse and wiry pulse was relatively close,but the relationship between wiry pulse and thready pulse was also close from the point of view of B to A,which indicated that wiry pulse and thready pulse were the common multiple pulsation.In the case of three parallel veins,it can be found that the thready pulse,wiry pulse,and slippery pulse were common multiple pulsation.5.In pathogenesis,there were deficiency of Qi and Yin and deficiency of Qi and blood stasis in the pathogenesis with frequency above 5%.The frequency of pathogenesis of deficiency of Qi and Yin was the highest,the frequency of which was 72.73%.The data analysis of association rules in pathogenesis showed that deficiency of qi had a high degree of connection with deficiency of yin and blood,dryness of stomach.Deficiency in kidney had a high degree of connection with deficiency of qi and yin.Internal obstruction of blood stasis had a high degree of connection with deficiency of both qi and yin.Among them,the deficiency of qi and deficiency of yin and blood had the highest correlation degree,and the degree of support was 0.0331.The confidence coefficient was 1.000.The data analysis of association rules showed that the correlation between promoting fluid production to quench thirst and supplementing qi and nourishing yin,and the correlation between promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and supplementing qi and nourishing yin were high.Between the two groups,there was a highest correlation between promoting fluid production to quench thirst and supplementing qi and nourishing yin.The highest degree of support was 0.4261.6.In the medicine aspect,The order of drug frequency in the top ten was:milk veteh,root of kudzu vine,Chinese yam rhizome,fruit of Chinese magnoliavine,rhizome of wind-weed,root of Chinese trichosanthes,membrane of chicken gizzard,root of red rooted salvia,dried rhizome of rehmanniae,and tuber of dwarf lilyturf.Beside the drug formula of the Yuye decoction,the frequencies of root of red rooted salvia,dried rhizome of rehmanniae,and tuber of dwarf lilyturf were higher,which were 38.22%,30.79%and 30.37%respectively.The data analysis in internal association rules showed that milk veteh had a Bidirectional correlation with fruit of Chinese magnoliavine,root of kudzu vine,Chinese yam rhizome,and rhizome of wind-weed.7.Data analysis of extradrug association rules showed that the clinical symptoms with high correlation degree with milk veteh were fatigue,excessive drinking,dizziness and dry mouth.And the symptoms with higher correlation degree with root of kudzu vine were fatigue,excessive drinking,dry mouth and dizziness.The symptoms associated with Chinese yam rhizome and fruit of Chinese magnoliavine were excessive drinking,dry mouth and fatigue.The tongue demonstrations with higher correlation degree with fruit of Chinese magnoliavine were mainly thin fur,light parenchyma,light red parenchyma,and red parenchyma.The tongue demonstrations with milk veteh were mainly light red parenchyma,dark parenchyma,light parenchyma,thin and white fur,and thin fur.The tongue demonstrations with higher correlation degree with root of kudzu vine were thin fur,dark parenchyma,thin and white fur,and light red fur.The tongue images with high correlation with Chinese yam rhizome were light parenchyma,thin fur,light red parenchyma,red parenchyma,and thin and white fur.The milk veteh had the highest correlation with slippery pulse,and the milk veteh had high correlation with slippery pulse,wiry pulse,and rapid pulse.The pulse images which had high correlation with fruit of Chinese magnoliavin were rapid pulse,thready pulse,wiry pulse,and slippery pulse.The pulse images which had high correlation with root of kudzu vine were rapid pulse,thready pulse,wiry pulse,and slippery pulse.The pulse images which had high correlation with Chinese yam rhizome were rapid pulse,slippery pulse,wiry pulse,and thready pulse.Conclusion:This study concluded that the clinical application of Yuye decoction involved a wide range of diseases.Tutor Wang Xu is good at using this prescription in clinic,the treatment of diabetes,Sjogren’s syndrome and other diseases has a significant effect.Although it can treat different diseases,but the most frequent pathogenesis is Qi and yin deficiency and Qi deficiency and blood stasis.There were two groups with the highest degree of correlation,Professor Wang Xu often uses Yuye Decoction to replenish qi,nourish yin,generate fluid,clear heat and moisten dryness.Radix Astragali and Radix Puerariae are the core pair.In the process of diabetes diagnosis and treatment,the tutor always embodies the idea of TCM treatment,in this study,association rules were used to analyze the association between drugs,the results show that the rules of a variety of syndromes and drug consistency,the same prescription for different diseases can be considered,enhance the flexibility of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diseases.
