Based On Data Mining "medical Case Collection Case" Analysis And Professor Cao Jigang In The Treatment Of Spermatorrhea Experience

Purpose: Data mining technology was used to integrate and analyze the medical case about spermatorrhea in Medical Case Clustering and professor Cao Jigang’s experience in treating spermatorrhea,in order to provide better treatment ideas for clinical practice and explore innovative points in academic research.Research methods:1.Study on ancient books: Integrate and screen all medical cases in Medical Cases Like Clustering.Spermatorrhea Case according to the entry criteria,standardize the names of drugs,input them in EXCEL in turn,and establish the database of ancient spermatorrhea books.The frequency of drug use,medicinal properties and taste and channel return were analyzed.Data splitting and matrix transformation were carried out for drug database.Finally,SPSS Statistics26.0 was used for cluster analysis and SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used for association rule analysis for high-frequency drugs.2.Clinical case study: 106 cases of spermatorrhea treated by Professor Cao Jigang in the past two years were collected and sorted out.The patient’s age,syndrome type,symptoms,tongue image,moss color,pulse image and prescription were recorded in EXCEL form respectively to establish clinical case database.For the above input information,frequency statistical analysis was performed,and SPSS statistical software was used to perform cluster analysis and association rule analysis for high-frequency drugs.Results:1.A total of 385 prescriptions for the treatment of spermatorrhea in ancient times were collected,involving 253 kinds of drugs,with a total frequency of3946 times.Among them,63 Chinese medicines were listed as the high-frequency drugs in this study with frequency ≥14,and the core drugs were Poria cocos,Chinese yam,oyster,Fu Shen,Rehmannia glutinosa,licorice,lotus seed,polygala polygala and keel.The top three of the use of the medicinal properties were flat,warm and cold.The first three kinds of medicinal taste were sweet,bitter and spicy,followed by astringency.The proportion of meridian of medication was kidney,spleen,heart,liver,lung and stomach,and the proportion of other meridian was relatively small.The efficacy of high-frequency drugs was mainly deficiency tonic drugs,accounting for 41.25% of the total frequency,followed by astringent drugs,sedative drugs,heat-clearing drugs,water permeation drugs,qi drugs,and the rest drugs accounted for a relatively small proportion.By association rule analysis of 63 high-frequency drugs,14 groups of two associated drug pairs and 10 groups of three associated drug pairs were obtained.By clustering analysis,7 groups of clustering squares were obtained with the distance between groups as the boundary of 23.5.2.A total of 106 complete and valid medical cases were collected in the clinical case study,covering 6 syndrome types,4 tongue symptoms,5 tongue coating,10 pulse symptoms and 4 age types.There were 106 prescriptions,covering 151 drugs,and the total frequency of medication was 1869 times,among which 81 drugs with medication frequency ≥5 were the core drugs of this study.After analysis and arrangement,the syndrome types included in the medical case were Yin deficiency fire flourishing syndrome,liver stagnation and kidney deficiency syndrome,syndrome of dampness-heat diffusing downward,kidney deficiency not solid syndrome,heart and kidney non-communication syndrome,and spleen deficient transportation syndrome.There were four kinds of tongue color in all cases,and the frequency was red tongue,light tongue,light tongue,fat tongue with teeth marks,dark red tongue.The coating on the tongue was followed by little coating,thin white coating,yellow greasy coating,yellow coating and white slippery coating.The pulse images are fine number pulse,leather pulse,chord pulse,deep fine number pulse,smooth number pulse,smooth pulse,chord fine pulse,ko pulse,chord smooth pulse and deep slow pulse.The age range in all cases ranged from 17 to 48 years,with patients aged 25-32 years at the peak of spermatorrhea,with the incidence decreasing with age.81 high-frequency drugs were analyzed by association rules to obtain 10 groups of two associated drug pairs and 19 groups of three associated drug pairs.By clustering analysis,7 groups of clustering squares can be obtained with 22 boundaries between groups.Conclusion:1.Ancient doctors recognized that the basic pathogenesis of spermatorrhea was kidney deficiency and unstable,and at the same time they realized that the key factor leading to spermatorrhea was the loss of mind,so they always took care of spleen and stomach in the treatment and paid attention to the cultivation of acquired essence.In terms of pathological products,attention should be paid to phlegm drinking and excretion,and medicine should be taken separately from upper,middle and lower coke to remove turbidity.Therefore,the treatment of spermatorrhea,to tonic deficiency,astringent,calm as the basic medication,along with the syndrome compatible with clearing heat,water infiltration,phlegm and other drugs.2.Professor Cao Jigang pays special attention to the three organs of liver,heart,spleen and kidney in the treatment of spermia.The basic formulas used in six syndrome types including Yin deficiency fire flourishing syndrome,liver stagnation and kidney deficiency syndrome,syndrome of dampness-heat diffusing downward,kidney deficiency not solid syndrome,heart and kidney non-communication syndrome,and spleen deficient transportation syndrome were respectively summarized.
