Objective:1.Exploring the TCM attributes of Mycoplasma pneumoniae based on the triple energizer theory and TCM syndrome differentiation of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.2.Evaluation study on the curative effect of sequential therapy of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:1.Discussion on Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection based on triple energizer theory: Based on the progress of evidence-based research on Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in western medicine, explore the TCM attributes of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in terms of its living environment, onset season, epidemiological character, and clinical characteristics. To clarify the TCM syndrome theory of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection on the fundation of the theory of triple energizer syndrome.2.Clinical research: collection of hospitalized children diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and damp-heat depression lung syndrome admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jining First People’s Hospital,Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March2014 to December 2019.The experimental group(integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine sequential group)and the control group(azithromycin sequential group)including randomized, open and parallel control group. One week after treatment, the major evaluation indexes of disease efficacy and TCM syndromes efficacy were evaluated.Secondary evaluation indicators: antipyretic time, cough, expectoration, wheezing, lung rales disappearing time and other major symptoms and improvement of secondary symptoms such as abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting, heavy limb sleepiness, thirst, mentality, anorexia, stool and other secondary symptoms. After 3 weeks of treatment, perform statistical analysis on the cure rate of the disease and the cure rate of TCM syndromes, etc. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of clearing heat dispel dampness and hydrophobic triple energizer method in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with damp heat and blood stasis syndrome and the sequential therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,it creats a treatment mode and methods for the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with traditional Chinese medicine, and provides evidence-based medicine for clinical evidence.Results:1.(1)Mycoplasma pneumonia belongs to the category of warming pathogens in Chinese medicine, and its nature is damp-heat disease.(2)Based on the pathogenic characteristics of damp heat pathogen and the physiological characteristics of children,it is suggested that Mycoplasma pneumoniae invades the human body and is prone to triple energizer.(3)Based on the physiological function of triple energizer, triple energizer evil is prone to the pathological characteristics that qi stagnation and water retention,it is suggested that the qi transformation of triple energizer is disadvantageous,qi stagnation and fluid stagnation are the main pathogenesis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.(4)Because Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can lead to multiple systemic complications,it is suggested that the location of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is triple energizer,it’s mainly upper energizer and lower energizer.(5)Based on the pathogenic characteristics of damp heat pathogen and triple energizer syndrome differentiation,we can analyze the pulmonary symptoms and extrapulmonary complications after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.2.(1)One week after treatment: In terms of disease efficacy: the obvious efficiency of the test group was 83.33%,among them,21 cases were cured,in79 cases showed significant effect,20 cases were clinical effective, and 0cases were ineffective. In the control group, the significant efficiency was70.83%,among which 14 cases were cured,71 cases were effective,35 cases were effective and 0 cases were ineffective. The significant efficiency in experimental group was higher than that in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison of scores before and after treatment of disease efficacy between the two groups, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that both groups were effective. The scores of the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.(2)In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: the effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%,of which28 cases were cured,76 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective, and 0 cases were ineffective. In the control group, the effective rate was73.33%,of which 23 cases were cured,65 cases were markedly effective,32 cases were effective, and 0 cases were ineffective. The significant efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.01).The comparison of the efficacy scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that both groups were effective. The comparison of scores before and after treatment between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group.(3)One week after treatment: There was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of fever, cough, sputum, asthma, and pulmonary rales between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment of the two groups was effective. In terms of improving cough and pulmonary rales, the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of fever, sputum, and asthma, the experimental group and the control group had similar curative effects, and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The onset time of fever, cough, sputum, and asthma in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)One week after treatment: The scores before and after treatment of TCM sub-syndrome were compared between the two groups. There was no significant difference in scores before treatment between the two groups. After treatment, the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of thirst, lethargy, spirit, and stool, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)3 weeks after treatment: The cure rate in the experimental group was 84.62%,of which 88 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective, and 0 cases were ineffective. The cure rate of the control group was 77%,of which 77 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective, and 0 cases were ineffective. There was no significant difference in the cure rate between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(6)The curative effect of TCM syndrome after 3 weeks of treatment: The cure rate of the experimental group was 84.62%,of which 88 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective, and 0 cases were ineffective. The cure rate of the control group was 77%,of which 77 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective, and 0cases were ineffective. There was no significant difference in the cure rate between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(7)Safety evaluation: The liver and kidney functions of the two groups were normal after treatment, indicating that the two treatment programs are safe.Conclusion:1.Mycoplasma pneumoniae belongs to the damp-heat disease of traditional Chinese medicine. The method of triple energizer syndrome differentiation can be used when mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.2.The treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with dampness-heat depression of lung by clearing heat dispel dampness and hydrophobic triple energizer and azithromycin has obvious effect in terms of disease curative effect and TCM syndrome curative effect, and can effectively improve fever, cough, phlegm, asthma, pulmonary rales and other major symptoms and thirst, poor appetite, spirit, stool and other minor symptoms.3.Early combined Chinese and Western medicine, sequential therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine using only traditional Chinese medicine in the middle and late period can effectively reduce antibiotic use in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,it is worthy of clinical promotion to reduce the incidence of drug resistance.
