Research On The Volunteer Service Of College Students In The New Era

College students' voluntary service,with the characteristics of the unity of voluntary and organizational,the consistency of free and public welfare,and the combination of practice and education,is an effective carrier to strengthen the ideological and political education work,establishing a comprehensive long-term education mechanism and realizing the fundamental task of moral education.With the development of China's economy and society,college students are also actively innovating various forms of voluntary services,integrating them into national development strategies such as "urban-rural integration","targeted poverty alleviation" ,and pursuing self-improvement and self-growth in voluntary services.At present,there are still some practical problems in college students' voluntary service,which need to be summarized from the aspects of theory and practice.Therefore,this paper combs the historical experience of College Students' voluntary service,explores the construction path of promoting college students' voluntary service from the aspect of voluntary service organization managers,and enhances the effectiveness of Ideological and political education from practice,which has strong historical significance and time value.The main contents are as follows:First,this paper analyze the concept of student volunteer service.First,this chapter analyzes and discusses the related concepts of voluntary service.Second,on the basis of summarizing the relevant types and characteristics of College Students' voluntary service,it further analyzes the significance of promoting contemporary college students' voluntary service,including embodying the Chinese spirit of the unity of the national spirit and the spirit of the times in the new era,practicing the socialist core values,and promoting the overall development of college students.Osn the basis of explaining the connotation,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and ideological origin of college students' voluntary service.The thoughts of Marxist classical writers lay the theoretical foundation of voluntary service.These theories basis include: human nature is a kind of social existence;human practical activities are the driving force to promote social progress;people's spiritual needs are higher-level needs;and communist morality is the code of conduct of the proletariat.The excellent traditional Chinese culture is the ideological source of College Students' voluntary service,including "advocating morality and doing good","accumulating virtue and doing good","everyone is responsible for his country's rise or fall",and "giving conscience" and "unity of knowledge and practice".Second,it analyzes the development process of contemporary college students' volunteer service,and summarizes the background and historical role of its rise.This paper divides the development process of contemporary college students' voluntary service into five stages,and summarizes the social background of the rise of College Students' voluntary service in China: including the development of Lei Feng spirit,the basic requirements of socialist spiritual civilization construction,and the important function of voluntary service in Colleges and universities.At the same time,this paper summarizes the historical role of College Students' voluntary service in society,economy and culture.Third,through the questionnaire this paper presents analysis of contemporary college students volunteer service facing challenges nowadays.The data shows that contemporary college students' voluntary service shows a good situation,but there are still some problems,such as: College Students' understanding of the new era of volunteerism is not deep,the participation of daily volunteer service is not high,and the motivation of voluntary service is utilitarian.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from four aspects: the negative influence of bad social thoughts,the lack of support from the government and society,the lack of innovation in the operation mode of voluntary service,and the imperfection of the system and mechanism of voluntary service: It has built harmonious social relations,created certain economic value and promoted the development of advanced socialist culture.Fourth,it expounds the construction path of promoting contemporary college students' volunteer service.To promote the continuous development of College Students' volunteer service is the starting point and end point of the research.Therefore,colleges and universities should take General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion on volunteer service as an action guide so as to include the university student volunteer service in the category of "big thinking and politics",innovate the way of university students' volunteer service,and improve the operation mechanism of university students' voluntary service.At the same time,we should create a good environment to promote college students' voluntary service in the whole society,so as to further promote the construction path of contemporary college students' voluntary service.In short,volunteer service has been continuously inherited and developed by generations of college student volunteers,which encourages more and more college students to become glorious volunteers and join the volunteer service activities.This paper explores the construction path of promoting contemporary college students' volunteer service,which has certain reference significance for enhancing the effectiveness and pertinence of Ideological and political education in practice,and for training a new generation who are responsible for national rejuvenation.
