Green technology innovation raise as an essential aspect for China’s economic transformation,moreover upgrading comprehensive and intensive economic development mode provides necessary boost to the economical growth.Hence,in order to promote green technology innovation,the National Development,Reform Commission and Ministry of Science and Technology Department in 2019 not only issued "about gradually build green innovation system based on market-oriented guidance" slogan,but also put forward relevant measures to develop green technology innovation participants,that includes: strengthen the leading position of enterprises in green technology innovation,stimulate the vitality of green technology innovation in universities and research institutes,promote the deep integration of "industry-university-research-financial-intermediary",strengthen the construction of green technology innovation base platform,and many others.However the construction of the green technology innovation system needs to integrate multiple subjects,including enterprises,universities,research institutes,financial institutions and intermediaries.Under the green technology innovation guidance mechanism,multiple subjects jointly promote the development of green technology innovation through deep cooperation in green technology innovation.Therefore,from the perspective of multi-agent,systematic and dynamic research,this paper highlights the following scientific questions :(1)What are the components of the green technology innovation ecosystem?(2)What is the relationship between the various subjects that constitute the green technology innovation ecosystem?(3)What is the development and evolution trend of the green technology innovation ecosystem?(4)How to achieve and promote the balance and development of the green technology innovation ecosystem? By examining these problems,we aim to comprehensively and systematically understand the green technology innovation and its evolutionary mechanism,as well as promote the development of green technology innovation,hence achieve certain theoretical and practical significance.For this reason,the contribution in this dissertation is summarized by the following:(1)Systematically combing the relevant literature on green technology innovation,the concept of green technology innovation ecosystem is defined based on the innovation ecosystem,ecological field,production site,and evolution theory.Furthermore,the evaluation process model of green technology innovation ecosystem is constructed with the help of ecological field analysis framework.The evolution process of green technology innovation ecosystem includes four stages: formation stage,growth stage,maturity stage and transfer stage.(2)The formation stage,in this dissertation the technology niche green technology innovation form and evolution mechanism of the ecological system formulated by establishing a game model involved in the subject(business,government,consumers),the game relation among them is analyzed,and combining with the related factors on the equilibrium of the system evolution,finally,by using Matlab software,simulation analysis is conducted to both the evolution trend of the system and the equilibrium evolution trend of the system,hence their influencing factors are obtained.(3)The growth stage,combined with technology upgrading,industrial upgrading theory,analysis of the composition of green technology innovation ecosystem and evolutionary mechanism,starting from the function of various main role,constructed by the green technology innovation environment,the industrial development and green technology research and development of three subsystems through synergy constitute industrial complex system of green technology innovation.Combined with the data of the new energy vehicle industry,the synergy evolution process and trend of the new energy vehicle industry technology innovation composite system are empirically analyzed by using the composite system synergy degree model,and the internal mechanism of its co-evolution is Granger causality test.(4)In the mature stage,the composition and evolution mechanism of the green technology innovation ecosystem are analyzed based on the industrial integration theory.Combined with case analysis,based on the grounded theory method,the evolution path and mechanism of the open integration of the new energy vehicle technology innovation ecosystem are analyzed.(5)In the transfer stage,the elements of the green technology ecosystem are analyzed in combination with the symbiosis theory.From regional level,constructs the evaluation index system of green technology innovation ecosystem development level,benefiting from the characteristics of the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model of green technology innovation ecosystem in China from 2009 to 2018 analysis are constructed,moreover,during the evolution and development trend,the empirical analysis are carried out,hence,combining these analysis with spatial evolution analysis tool,space evolution trend of the system was obtained.(6)According to the research conclusions,the dissertation puts forward policy suggestions and countermeasures for the development of the green technology innovation ecosystem from the perspectives of enterprises,governments,market players and consumers in terms of the formation stage,growth stage,maturity stage and transfer stage respectively.The main contributions and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Research perspective.Set a multi-agent,multi-level and systematic perspective.Through the review of relevant literature,this dissertation finds that in terms of research perspectives,few literatures simultaneously combine multi-subject,multi-level and systematic perspectives to study the issue of green technology innovation ecosystem.Therefore,based on the multi-agent and multi-level research perspective,we construct the green technology innovation ecosystem and its evolution model,moreover,we discuss its evolution mechanism in detail,so as to establish a systematic theoretical analysis framework for the study of the evolution of the green technology innovation ecosystem.(2)Method application.On the research of green technology innovation,the application of dynamic research methods has become a trend,but from the existing literature,the research methods are relatively simple.In this work,variety of dynamic analysis method are applied to analyze these issues,among these previous methods,the innovation lies in the dynamic evaluation model in evolution analysis,hence,dynamic evaluation model was applied to the analysis of evolution.However,in this dissertation,the application of different dynamic evaluation model on different stages of evolution and trend of green technology ecosystem is analyzed,some conclusions are obtained,which makes the combination of research method and problem analysis significantly better.(3)Research conclusions.Based on the multi-agent perspective,this paper constructs the composition model of the green technology innovation ecosystem in four stages respectively,and conducts an in-depth study on the evolution mechanism of the four stages,so as to form innovative conclusions.Specifically,in the formation stage,the evolution mechanism of multi-agent game is analyzed based on technological niche,and the influencing factors of system equilibrium in this stage are obtained by game simulation analysis.In the growth stage,a composite system model of industrial green technology innovation was constructed based on industrial upgrading,and the stage and process of co-evolution of the composite system of industrial green technology innovation were obtained by empirical analysis combined with relevant data of new energy vehicles.In the mature stage,the evolution path of the green technology innovation ecosystem is summarized based on the analysis of industrial integration.Transfer stage,based on regional symbiosis constructed index system of the development level of green technology innovation ecosystem,through dynamic evaluation model analysis in the provinces of green technology innovation ecosystem dynamic evolution trend of the development level,on this basis,through the spatial autocorrelation analysis it is concluded that the spatial distribution characteristics and spatial transfer trend.Through the study of this paper,from multi-agent,multiple levels and systemic perspective,the green technology innovation ecosystem evolution model is proposed,which provides certain theoretical and practical significance in the comprehensive and in-depth understanding of green technology innovation ecosystem and its evolution mechanism.
