In order to ensure the food safety of China’s "vegetable basket",relevant departments and research teams in China have conducted large-scale pesticide residue detection work. However, their massive pesticide residue testing results are often interwoven with information such as sampling time, sampling locations, and pesticide residue limits.Meanwhile, there are several issues should be investigated: how to express the abstract massive data in the form of graphical symbols that people can easily understand, how to understand the huge and complex pesticide residue detection information in real time and intuitively, how to trace the root cause of pesticide residue safety problems in the first time when they occur, and how to predict and early warning of pesticide residue safety problems. For those above issues, without an effective automatic system for data acquisition, data search, data analysis, data determination and result generation,it is difficult to give a comprehensive,in-depth,intuitive,real-time answers.Focusing on the management and analysis of the massive data of pesticide residues in China, taking the fruits and vegetables in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions and the groundwater in Baoding region as examples, this thesis systematically analyzed the status of pesticide residues and risk potential points, conducted risk assessment for different populations, and did a lot of original and innovative work in data visualization, which provides reliable technical support for China’s "vegetable basket" and food safety.Based on the national mandatory standard GB 2763-2021 "Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food" and a total of 3805 fruit and vegetable sample data tested by our non-targeted detection technology,a detailed "mapping" of pesticide residues of nine organophosphorus banned pesticides was derived, the detection and excess of pesticides in different samples were analyzed, and the main risk sources of pesticide residues were summarized and discussed. The results showed that:(1)the the overall qualified situation of pesticide residues is good with a qualification rate of 97.7%.(2)the overall detection rate of pesticide residues is 19.2%,showing that the pesticide use is common and the hidden danger should not be underestimated. In addition, dietary exposure risk assessment of nine organophosphorus banned pesticides in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was carried out.The results showed that:(1)the chronic dietary exposure risk assessment status of single and multiple pesticides for all fruits and vegetables was in an acceptable risk state.(2)For ten consumer groups including women and children in China, the acute dietary exposure risk assessment of single and multiple pesticides of all fruits were in an acceptable risk status.(3)Acute dietary exposure risk assessment values for leeks exceeded 100% in all ten consumption groups, with values ranging from 114% to 412%,implying a potential acute health risk to those consumer population.(4)Except for leeks, the risk assessment values of acute dietary exposure for other types of vegetables were generally in acceptable states.Meanwhile,a detection method for multiple pesticide residue in groundwater was developed,a variety of target pesticide residues in groundwater in Baoding area was analyzed, and a health risk assessment was carried out for different populations. The results showed that:(1)The method had low detection limits, high precision and correctness with satisfactory results for recovery and linearity.(2)No target pesticide residues were detected in the groundwater of the mountainous areas.(3)The target pesticide residues were detected in groundwater in the plains, with methamidophos, dichlorvos, dimethoate and deltamethrin detected at high frequencies.(4)The health risk assessment for both single and multiple pesticides for different populations was at low-risk state with assessment value less than 10%,and did not pose a health risk to the population. Moreover, visualization of pesticide residue data was explored,multi-dimensional information of pesticide residues was creatively expressed in the form of "one chart",and the massive data was visualized by means of color symbolism, graphics, dimensions for providing a easily understood way to the general public and filling the "communication gap" between professionals and the general audience.Furthermore,a set of computer and handheld devices containing intelligent analysis of pesticide residue data software has been created. This software combines the advantages of non-targeted detection + WEB + GIS technology, and has powerful functions such as data query, data traceability, data intelligence analysis, risk warning and information viewing anytime and anywhere.
