The safety problem has not disappeared along with the economic and social development.Occasionally safety issues constantly arouse the public’s attention to safety issues.The production of high-risk industries is an important issue related to the safety of people’s lives and property.The party and the country have always attached great importance to such issues.In the previous safety management,for the business operators and managers,out of the principle of "do less,make less mistakes,and do not do well",the organization managers often try their best to avoid risks,and most refuse to innovate in the field of safety management.However,frequent safety incidents all show the lack of safety management in the past.In the past safety management model,business operators and managers often followed the old rules,followed the safety regulations stipulated in the past,and urged employees to stay within their limits.However,this cautious management model and principles are becoming increasingly unsuitable in today’s dynamic safety environment.Whether it is the use of new materials or the continuous improvement and precision of machinery and equipment,it shows an unstoppable truth that the safety factors in the safety system are constantly changing.People,society,environment,technology and economy are constantly in dynamic change.Therefore,the traditional safety management model that follows the old rules and regulates human behavior becomes more and more difficult to adapt to the dynamic safety system.Therefore,in view of the dynamic safety environment,enterprise organizations need to try to make organizational changes in safety and build a dynamic safety management model that responds to the new safety environment.Based on the above realistic and theoretical background,this research raises a core question.How do enterprises innovate in a dynamic safety environment? In order to answer the core research questions,this research combines social cognition,organizational change,and safety management and other theories,focusing on the dynamic safety environment,conducting systematic in-depth research on organizational safety innovation,and trying to construct a new model of organizational safety management.Specifically,this article mainly discusses with two sub-studies.Sub-research 1 is devoted to analyzing "how safety innovation is carried out at the employee level".Research This article abandons the previous safety management research that regards employees as one of the unstable factors and regards it as a "dangerous source" thinking pattern.From the perspective of employees as a source of organizational flexibility and elastic resources,re-examine employees in the construction of dynamic safety management The role,combined with previous research,developed the concept of employee safety innovation behavior,and developed a measurement tool for employee safety innovation behavior.Research 2 on the basis of theoretical analysis,in the form of empirical research,further explored the relationship between employee safety innovation behavior and organizational safety performance from the organizational and individual levels.The empirical research at the organizational level selected two factors,safety innovation resources and safety climate,and discussed the impact of these two organizational factors on employee safety innovation behavior and organizational safety performance.The study found that safety innovation resources and safety climate positively affected Employee safety innovation behavior is an important factor of employee safety innovation behavior at the organizational level;safety innovation resources and safety climate affect the organization’s safety performance through safety innovation behavior,and safety innovation behavior is a new way to improve organizational safety performance.Empirical research at the individual level has found that increased safety innovation willingness and improved safety knowledge can lead to safety innovation behavior and significantly improve safety performance.The above two studies combine theoretical analysis and empirical testing,using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,and take multiple samples as the research object to examine the important role of employee safety innovation behaviors in organizational safety innovation.On this basis,this research combines cognitive science theory,focuses on employee safety innovation behavior,connects the organizational safety innovation element layer forward,and extends backward to the result of organizational safety innovation-the architecture layer,to build the dynamic safety of the organization Management mode.The main theoretical contributions of this paper are reflected in the following four aspects:(1)This paper combines safety research and innovation research.Through empirical testing,it is found that the safety innovation willingness and safety knowledge improvement,safety innovation resources and the improvement of the safety climate can lead to Safety innovation behavior,and significantly improve safety performance,this conclusion supplements the safety cognitive science,explains from the cognitive perspective why innovation can improve safety,and how to improve;(2)This article notes the safety dynamics It expands the safety norm paradigm theory and accident cause theory;(3)This article innovates the research perspective in the field of safety,supplementing the lack of theory and measurement;(4)This article builds on the core of employee safety innovation behavior The dynamic safety management model provides a path for enterprises in high-risk industries to build dynamic safety management and implement organizational safety management reform.
