The medical education model is a concept of development,which originates from people’s continuous understanding of the two basic problems of what kind of medical talents to cultivate and how to train medical talents in the process of social development.Therefore,the medical education model affects the standard,process,method and quality of medical and health personnel training.In different social and historical development stages,the corresponding medical education model will also change.Since the 20 th century,with the development and changes of the historical environment such as health demand,health system,international cooperation,science and technology and social and economic globalization,the world medical education experience or is experiencing three influential medical education reforms,and the medical education model has also undergone three major changes.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the main factors and functions affecting the transformation of medical education mode to more actively adapt to the public health needs and the changes of health career development in the future.Guided by the core question of "how the medical education mode changes",Using the methods of comparative research,historical analysis and factor analysis,this paper analyzes the constituent elements of the medical education model,reviews the process of the transformation of the medical education model,and discusses the influencing factors and functions behind the transformation of the medical education model,so as to deepen the understanding of the basic law of the transformation of the medical education model and the development trend of the future medical education model,and provide theoretical basis and reference for the reform of medical education.Around the research problems,the research first takes the theoretical analysis as the guide,puts forward the research hypothesis,and lays the foundation for the subsequent systematic analysis.The specific research content is to define the connotation of the core concepts and model elements of the transformation of medical education model;This paper systematically expounds the scientificity and rationality of social cognition theory,AGIL model related theory and modernization theory in the research of medical education model transformation;Construct the corresponding theoretical analysis framework.On this basis,the study identified seven factors affecting the transformation of modern medical education model,including three internal factors(individual and group cognitive factors,individual and group behavior factors and individual and group environmental factors)and four external factors(economic and health demand factors,political and organizational objectives factors,science and technology and procedural norms factors,and culture and model maintenance factors).In the subsequent part of historical analysis,the study makes a qualitative text analysis and comparative study on the representative reports,declarations and other historical documents related to the three medical education reforms,focusing on the relevant contents of the background factors in the text research.At the same time,it discusses the relationship between the reform of modern medical education and the transformation of medical education model,and analyzes the concept change,transformation process and connotation characteristics of medical education model in three historical periods.On this basis,combined with the theoretical analysis framework constructed and the qualitative materials provided in the literature research,the research classifies the external and internal influencing factors,focuses on the changes of the above seven influencing factors,systematically analyzes the functional role of each factor on the three changes of the modern medical education model,discusses the commonalities and laws,and verifies some hypotheses.The third part of the research results is to build a dynamic analysis framework of factor interaction.That is,at the vertical level of historical development,this paper discusses the driving effect and mutual influence of the resultant force caused by the interaction of factors on the three transformations of modern medical education model,and then takes the three-stage education standard of the continuum of medical education as a research case,focusing on the actual role of the continuous change of internal influencing factors in the transformation of medical education model,so as to verify the hypothesis.Finally,combined with the research results,this paper compares and discusses the actual impact and practical problems of the three changes of modern medical education model on China’s medical talent training model.Through analysis and research,the following conclusions are drawn.Paying close attention to people’s life and health is an important basis for the existence,development and transformation of medical education model;The core of medical education model is the cultivation of medical talents,and the core content is the formulation and implementation of curriculum;The three changes of modern medical education mode are iterative changes,which are actually the construction process of a complex system;The fundamental reason for the transformation of medical education model is the development and change of the interactive relationship between the needs of social people’s livelihood and people.
