Research On The Clinical Application Of The Prescriptions And Methods Of "Treatise On Febrile Diseases" In Xinjian

Objectives:The study of the prescriptions and methods of Treatise on Febrile Diseases is the source and foundation of TCM clinical practice.This paper aims to study the general situation and regional characteristics of clinical application of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" in Xinjiang region.To explore the factors influencing its location,Analyzing the possible influence of regional factors on the scholarship of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,To explore the experience of applying the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" in Xinjiang,In order to expand the influence of treatise on Febrile Diseases in Xinjiang,To promote its clinical application in Xinjiang,At the same time,the local characteristics of Xinjiang can also provide reference for the study of treatise on Febrile diseases.Methods and contents:Through literature analysis and investigation,Summarize the regional characteristics of clinical application of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" in Xinjiang region.Explore its academic and application value,and analyze the influence of regional factors on the learning of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.To investigate the first diagnosis of inpatient medical records in grade Ⅲ,Grade A hospitals in Xinjiang region from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019.The top 10 diseases with the highest incidence and the application of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" were counted and extracted.From January 1,1979 to March 1,2021,electronic journals and paper books were collected by literature survey.Medical cases published by authors in Xinjiang region applying treatise on Febrile diseases were analyzed and studied;To summarize the etiology,disease type,constitution,tongue image,pulse image,syndrome type of six meridians and application characteristics of meridians in Xinjiang.Statistical methods such as frequency analysis,variance analysis,factor analysis,and rank-sum test were used.The application characteristics,regional characteristics and drug application characteristics of classical formulae in Xinjiang were studied.On the learning characteristics of Treatise on Febrile Diseases in Xinjiang,A questionnaire survey was conducted on the application of the methods of Treatise on Febrile Diseases in Xinjiang.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire contents were tested.Frequency statistics,two single sample T test,analysis of variance,factor analysis,multivariate regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.Through literature research,uygur medical culture of mainstream minority medicine in Xinjiang region,This paper analyzes and summarizes the influence of his unique cultural thought on treatise on Febrile Diseases.Results:The results of the investigation on the incidence of diseases in Xinjiang and the Six-channel diseases in treatise on Febrile Diseases show that:The top 10 diseases with the highest incidence rate in Xinjiang were as follows:Respiratory infections,spinal diseases,essential hypertension,cerebrovascular diseases,digestive diseases,coronary atherosclerosis,malignant tumors,diabetes,bronchitis and asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The general characteristics of six-meridian disease and syndrome differentiation and treatment in Treatise on Febrile Diseases are as follows:(1)In the influence of six qi on human diseases,Dryness affects the human body the most,Dryness is the main factor of six factors.In six-meridian diseases,Taiyang,Yangming and shaoyang diseases were more common,while taiyin,jue Yin and Shaoyin diseases were less common.(3)Among 374 medical cases using treatise on Febrile Diseases,Xiaobupleurum decoction is the most frequently used,followed by Cassia twig decoction,and Ephedra decoction is also more commonly used.Xiaobupleurum decoction treated 46 species,guizhi decoction treated 35 species.(4)The most common tongue symptoms are light tongue,red tongue,light red tongue,white tongue,dark red tongue and dark tongue.The common coating on the tongue is white,white,yellow and greasy,white and greasy,yellow,yellow and thin.(5)pulse is mainly pulse string,pulse string slippery,pulse string fine,pulse string number,pulse sink fine,pulse count,pulse float slow,pulse fine,pulse sink string,pulse float tight,pulse float weak,pulse slow and so on.(6)The most common syndromes of the six-meridian diseases were the disorder of ying wei(including solar typhoid fever and solar stroke),Yang Ming syndrome,shaoyang syndrome,deficiency and cold syndrome of taiyin and shaoyin,as well as PI syndrome,disharmony between liver and spleen,external and internal diseases and dampness depression.(7)Small Bupleurum decoction is the most commonly used prescription for treating dryness syndrome and dampness syndrome.For the treatment of cold syndrome and wind syndrome,guizhi decoction is the most used prescription.In the treatment of Taiyang diseases,cassia Twig decoction is the most frequently used prescription.The second is ephedra decoction,Mixed syndrome of cold and heat is the most common and Banxia Xiexin Decoction is the most common.The most commonly used prescription of Yangming Syndrome is Dachengqi Decoction,In the treatment of shaoyang disease,small Bupleurum decoction was the most frequently used prescription,followed by Bupleurum plus keel oyster decoction,big Bupleurum decoction,Lizhong Decoction is commonly used for taiyin syndrome,sini Decoction is most commonly used for Shaoyin syndrome,and Wumei pill for treating Jue Yin syndrome is also widely used.(8)The most basic and commonly used medicines in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,such as processed glycyrrhiza glycyrrhiza,Jujube,cassia twig,ginger,paeonia alba,Scutellaria baicalensis,Pinellia pinellia,Bupleurum,Dangshen and coptis chinensis,are widely used in Xinjiang;From the point of view of drug efficacy,tonifying drugs are the most frequently used,followed by relieving surface drugs.Six drug combinations were obtained by high frequency drug cluster analysis.Complex network analysis showed that the core prescription was Chaihu Guizhi decoction.27 core drug combinations were obtained by high-frequency drug association rule analysis,and the most frequently used drug combination was Processed glycyrrhiza jujube.The questionnaire found that:In the application of traditional Chinese medicine in Xinjiang,The most commonly used herbs,such as Bupleurum,Ephedra,cassia twig,Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes atractylodes and Dangshen,are widely used.In treatise on febrile diseases,xiaobupleurum decoction,Cassia twigs Decoction,Ephedra decoction,Pinxia Xiexixin Decoction and Maxing Shigan Decoction were the most frequently used.The results of this study also show that:The climate,geography and dietary characteristics of residents in Xinjiang determine the external pathogenic factors in Xinjiang,Although dryness gas is more prevalent and dryness evil is common,dryness and dampness are also common.Small Bupleurum decoction can treat dampness syndrome and dryness syndrome.The knowledge of treatise on Febrile diseases and the clinical application of treatise on Febrile diseases are affected by regional factors.The principles and methods of adapting measures to local conditions in Neijing are based on clinical facts.Clinical guiding significance and academic value,It has been widely inherited and applied by doctors.Conclusion:The regional characteristics of Xinjiang have an important impact on the clinical application of treatise on Febrile Diseases in Xinjiang:The knowledge of treatise on Febrile diseases and the clinical application of treatise on Febrile diseases are affected by regional factors."Treatise on Febrile Diseases" symplectic surface relief agent related to regional factors in Xinjiang,including climate,geography and dietary habits of residents.The principles and methods of adapting measures to local conditions in Neijing have their clinical factual basis,clinical guiding significance and academic value.Regional factors not only affect academic,medical science,but also affect clinical efficacy.Therefore,to study the influence of regional factors on the learning of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,Influence on the clinical application of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",The influence on the academic of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine and the overall research of traditional Chinese medicine is of positive significance and should become an important content of the research of traditional Chinese medicine.
