Research On Triangular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Group Decision Making Theoretical Methods And Their Application In Medical And Nursing Institutions

In view of the structural imbalance between supply and demand of endowment resources in medical and nursing institutions,the key is to improve their operation performance and service quality.This paper focuses in several critical management decision-making problems affecting the performance and service quality of medical and nursing institutions,and presents several group decision making methods with the evaluation information in the type of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy values.Firstly,in order to facilitate the aggregation and comparison of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation information,the new triangular intuitionistic fuzzy algorithms,aggregation operators and ranking methods are proposed in this paper.On this basis,two kinds of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy group decision making methods based on preference relation and decision matrix are studied respectively to adapt to different decision-making situations.Secondly,for the group decision making problems with triangular intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations,this paper first gives the definition of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations.Then,by extending the consistency definition of fuzzy interval preference relations,the additive consistency and multiplicative consistency of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations are defined.Following this,the definitions of additive consistency and multiplicative consistency of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations are given.Based on the consistency definition,the determination of missing information,consistency judgment and modification of individual preference relations without consistency are discussed in turn by constructing the programming models.In order to ensure that the decision makers can form a consensus on the decision results,the consensus index is defined,and the improvement of the individual preference relations without achieving the consensus requirement is conducted through the programming model under the premise of consistency.Therefore,the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations group decision-making methods based on additive and multiplicative consistency can be obtained respectively.Both the operation modes selection of public-funded-private-run medical and nursing institutions and the service outsourcing providers selection of medical and nursing institutions are unstructured decision-making problems.The above methods based on preference relation group decision making can meet the requirements of decision timeliness and reduce the difficulty of decision making.At the same time,triangular intuitionistic fuzzy preference information can effectively reflect the uncertainty of subjective cognition of decision makers.Thirdly,as the group decision making methods based on preference relation are not suitable for the large number of pairwise comparison objects,this paper further discusses triangular intuitionistic fuzzy group decision making methods based on decision matrix.The distance measure and cosine similarity measure of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy sets are defined respectively to measure the relationship between triangular intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation information,and the properties are proved.Considering the interactions existed among the experts and the criteria,the optimal 2-additive measures of the expert set and criterion set can be obtained by constructing programming models,and the Shapley value of each expert and criterion is calculated as the weight information.In terms of group consensus,three different levels of consensus measures are defined,and a consensus improvement method based on programming model is proposed for the case that consensus requirements are not reached.Therefore,a group decision making method based on the aggregation and ranking of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy decision-making information of each alternative is presented.This method can effectively cope with the situation of large number of evaluated objects and qualitative evaluation indexes in Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA)of medical and nursing institutions,so it is suitable for ranking the risk factors of service quality.In addition,to quantify triangular intuitionistic fuzzy values,a new triangular intuitionistic fuzzy score function is further defined.At the same time,considering the influence of decision makers’ subjective psychological characteristics,a group decision making method based on extended prospect theory and PROMETHEE is proposed.Compared with the previous ones,this method can further reflect the subjective psychological characteristics of decision makers,so it is suitable for the service quality evaluation of medical and nursing institutions that rely heavily on the subjective psychological role of decision makers.The above research content not only improves the existing theoretical system of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy group decision making,but also provides effective solutions to the related management decision-making problems of medical and nursing institutions,which is conducive to resolving the contradiction between supply and demand in the medical and nursing service,and effectively dealing with the problem of aging population.
