Objective: To compare the consistency of artificial assisted decision system(Baiyang,Baiyang for oncology,Bf O)and real clinical decision in colon cancer, and explore the application value of Bf O in colon cancer in China. Methods: Clinical data of178 colon cancer patients admitted to the General Hospital of Xinjiang Military Region from January 2010 to July 2022.By comparing Bf O and real clinical decisions, the recommended Bf O regimen contains real clinical decisions or drugs or the same drugs as consistent, without or most drugs are regarded as inconsistent. The consistent rate between the two and the reasons for the inconsistent cases were analyzed. Results: The overall agreement rate of Bf O and real clinical decision protocol was 76.9%(113 / 147),of which phase I cases was 14.3%(1 / 7),phase II cases was 65.9%(27 / 41)[OR = 11.571,P=0.030],phase III cases was 89.2%(66 / 74)[OR = 49.500,P=0.001],phase IV cases was 76.0%(19 / 25)[OR = 19.000,P=0.012].Logistic Regression analysis showed that tumor stage P <0.05 was an independent influencing factor for consistency. Conclusions:The recommended scheme of the AI-assisted decision system is highly consistent with the real clinical decision scheme, which can effectively assist the comprehensive treatment of colon cancer, guide clinical decision-making,and has broad clinical application prospects.
