Construction Of Yi Medical Treatment Model Based On The Two Qi And Six Paths Theory

Objective:This study systematically compares the "two qi and six paths doctrine",explores its connotation and extension,organizes and summarizes the basic contents and steps of Yi medical clinical treatment based on the two qi and six paths doctrine,extracts the core elements of treatment knowledge based on Yi medical clinical thinking,forms a concrete and standardized treatment paradigm,and builds a treatment model based on the "two qi and six paths doctrine" in order to further improve Yi medical clinical efficacy.We also developed a standardized diagnosis and treatment paradigm and constructed a Yi medicine diagnosis and treatment model based on the "two qi and six paths theory" to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment paths and methods for Yi medicine clinical practice in order to further improve the clinical efficacy of Yi medicine.Methods:1.We used literature analysis and metrological methods to theorize,explore the connotation and extension of the two qi and six paths theory,analyze,organize,and summarize the main contents,paths,and methods of Yi medicine clinical treatment based on the two qi and six paths theory.Based on the application of the root theory,the qualitative software Nvivo 12.0 was used to comprehensively analyze and summarize the basic contents and steps of the "two qi and six paths" Yi medical treatment model based on the qualitative interview data from the field survey.2.Using the Delphi method,we conducted a standardized study on the contents of the Yi medical treatment model based on the two qi and six paths theory,solicited expert opinions,and formed an expert consensus on the two qi and six paths treatment model.3.Using the knowledge mapping method,extract the core elements of knowledge based on Yi medical clinical thinking and diagnosis and treatment model,visualize and store the knowledge of Yi medical clinical diagnosis and treatment theory,method,prescription and medicine,and form a knowledge base for easy extraction and visualization of the contents of the diagnosis and treatment model.4.Using the Yi medical clinical case study method,we explored the optimal expression and clinical application of the Yi medical treatment model based on the two qi and six paths theory,and tested the feasibility,reliability and operability of the model.Results:1.The "two qi and six paths doctrine" is the core of the basic theory of Yi medicine.It is the theoretical basis for the integration of Yi medicine’s theory,method,prescription,and medicine in clinical diagnosis and treatment,and is used to summarize the physiological functions of the human body,explain the causes and mechanisms of disease,classify diseases,guide clinical use,and predict disease regression.2.Through qualitative interviews and participatory observations with 33 Yi medicine clinicians,patients,Yi medicine educators,and Yi culture inheritors,the coding was carried out by Nvivo 12.0,a qualitative software,and 32 open codes and 5 main axis codes were formed,and finally three core codes were condensed,including the identification of disease location,disease mechanism,and medicine path,and the two qi and six path doctrines were used as guiding doctrines throughout the Yi medicine The treatment process.3.The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using the Delphi method using SPSS25.0,including mean,standard deviation,positive coefficient of experts,degree of concentration of experts’ opinions(mean,rank sum,full score ratio,unimportance percentage),degree of coordination of experts’ opinions(coefficient of variation,Kendall’s coordination coefficient),degree of authority,and questionnaire reliability,and 40 experts were invited to solicit opinions on 19 items in the first round.In the first round,40 experts were invited to solicit opinions on 19 items,16 items were finally retained,and the 6 items with relatively large differences in opinions of experts entered the next round of opinion solicitation.In the second round,20 experts were invited to solicit opinions on 16 items,and 16 items were finally retained,while the three items with more divergent opinions were solicited in the third round,and 10 experts were invited to solicit opinions on 3 items in the third round,and all of them were retained.All three rounds of Kendall harmony coefficients are between 0 and 1,indicating that the degree of coordination can be,and the experts’ opinions are relatively coordinated.The three rounds of Grumbach a coefficient are ≥ 0.70 can be considered good reliability of the questionnaire,and the results are highly reliable.The experts’ opinions converged and formed the first draft of expert consensus based on the two-air six-way doctrine diagnosis and treatment model.4.By using the Neo4 j graph database to construct the knowledge map of Yi medicine diagnosis and treatment model based on the two qi and six paths theory,the 200 items of theory,method,prescription and medicine involved in the first draft of the consensus of the two qi and six paths theory diagnosis and treatment model were expressed in the visualized knowledge map,and the "qi" and "path" of the first draft of the consensus of the two qi and six paths diagnosis and treatment model were expressed in the visualized knowledge map.The "qi","path","disease","medicine" and "prescription" of the preliminary draft of the two qi and six paths diagnosis and treatment model are represented in the knowledge map through several steps of examples and case analysis of common diseases of internal,gynecological,pediatric and external diseases and their combination with other diagnosis and treatment modes are provided to provide a
