Research On Professor Chen Chaozu’s Academic Thought And Clinical Application Of Spasmolysis

Objective:To study professor Chen Chaozu’s academic thought of spasmolysis method and the characteristics of dispatching medicine.Analyze clinical cases and summarize the main points of application of spasmolysis.Methods:Adopts the method of literature research,in order to "antispasmodic","priority"," rigidity","spasmolysis" and "Xi Feng" as key words,use of China academy of traditional Chinese medicine TCM ancient books database and other ancient books database,China hownet "Chinese pharmacopoeia" and other reference books,as well as the Chinese modern literature search,collect related documents;By collating professor Chen Chaozu’s monographs,unpublished manuscripts and medical cases,this paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the academic origin,basic theory,representative prescription and main points of clinical application of Professor Chen Chaozu’s spasmolysis method.Results:1.Academic origin of spasmolysis;The theoretical basis of Professor Chen Chao-zu’s spasmolysis method originated from Huangdi neijing and Treatise on Febrillosis,and the theories and clinical practice of the spasmolysis method in the subsequent periods have been further accumulated and developed.2,the definition and theoretical basis of spasmolysis method:spasmolysis method is for the treatment of acute mechanism of fascioclonic disease,is the treatment of pathological changes in human tissue structure and the establishment of the method.The theoretical basis of this law is "Plain ask,to really want to big" "urgent slow","plain ask,dirty gas law time" "liver bitter urgent,urgent food sweet to slow." Its applicable scope can be divided into body surface muscle and pulse clonus urgent and five viscera classics tunnel clonus urgent two kinds.3.The formula of spasmolysis method: to eliminate the cause,regulate the function of zang Fu organs,regulate qi,blood and body fluid,with spasmolysis drug composition;Among them,the antispasmodic drugs are mainly divided into two categories: xin Powder and soft liver spasmodic drugs.The properties and clinical application of 23 common antispasmodic drugs are discussed.4.Classification of spasmodic methods: According to the classification method of etiology,disease location and disease nature of Professor Chen Chao-zu,this method can be classified into ten categories: dispelling wind and relieving spasmodic,dispersing cold and relieving spasmodic,dispelling dampness and relieving spasmodic,clearing heat and relieving spasmodic,nourishing Yin and relieving spasmodic,relieving phlegm and relieving spasmodic,relieving spasmodic of liver,relieving spasmodic of spleen and relieving spasmodic of spleen,and relieving spasmodic of Yin and Yang.And list the corresponding representative prescription.5.Summary of clinical application of spasmolysis method: Through analyzing professor Chen Chaozu’s medical case,the clinical application characteristics of spasmolysis method in 5 kinds of acute pain symptoms of muscles and veins and 13 kinds of acute pain symptoms of five zang organs through tunnel are shown.Conclusion:In this paper,combing the painful method on the academic origin of development characteristics,painful method on full understanding of the background,use range,formula ideas such as basic theory;This paper classifies the antispasmodic method,selects representative formulae,discusses the properties and application of spasmodic drugs,and expounds the key points for the application of the antispasmodic method.The system of antispasmodic therapy by Professor Chen Chaozu has been preliminarily constructed,which provides theoretical reference for the treatment of human tissue structural lesions and expands the clinical application of the traditional antiwind-induced therapy.
