| ObjectiveIn this paper,by sorting out the Six Channel Solved Timing theory and mining the characteristics of temporal symptoms according to clinical data,we hope to summarize the information implied in Six Channel Solved Timing from the literature theory and clinical data.Broaden the understanding of physiology and pathology of the Six Classics System,explore the theory of Six Channel Solved Timing and the concept of clinical application,and provide new evidence for the construction of expert clinical norms.MethodsThe main body of the paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the ancient and modern literature research.The contents of ancient literature are the three vin and three yang and Solved Timing provisions in Nei Jing and Shang Han Lun.Modern literature sorting content is the content of Six Channel Solved Timing and space view in traditional Chinese medicine textbooks,and the theoretical exploration and application of Six Channel Solved Timing in CNKI,to search specific journals,enter keyword "Six Channel Solved Timing",search time range from 1980 to 2020,search 60 journals in total after excluding less relevant journals.The above literature obtains clinical problems,research progress and development trend of the theory of Six Channel Solved Timing.Besides that,the research background of the ancient and modern literatures obtained above is analyzed from the perspective of qi,and then theoretical understanding and clinical basis of the Six Classics System and Six Channel Solved Timing are obtained.The second part is the discussion of the application of the research platform and research technology.The research platform takes the Six Classics System of specialized diagnosis and treatment of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine to design the survey scale,which is used to collect temporal case data.The case data is based on the principle of attribute partial order structure to generate the graph,and through the graph theory,the data frequency,clustering,correlation characteristics and the specificity of each factor are expressed scientifically in the case of the Six Channels of disease solving.The third part is about clinical research methods and procedures,specifically collecting clinical cases through retrospective clinical research.The case database of Li Saimei accounts for most cases,which are used as supporting materials for the construction of expert clinical norms.Meanwhile,case samples were collected in seven areas of Malaysia to reflect the real situation of clinical research.The cases were collected and classified as the data of Li Saimei case database and effective cases of TCM outpatient service in Malaysia,and the time range was from January 2018 to June 2022.The cases were required to have temporal symptoms,and the collection items included basic information of patients,temporal symptoms,prescription contents,analyzed syndromes and diseases type to be investigated.According to the actual condition evaluation of patients,qualified cases are adopted and unqualified cases are deleted after exclusion and inclusion criteria.There are 218 cases of Li Saimei,128 effective cases in Malaysia,and 346 cases in total.Some cases of patients are solved for more than one time period,so 351 cases in total of Solved Timing cases.The cases were divided into six groups according to the Six Channel System,and classified into three sets by symptoms,decoction syndrome and disease syndrome,so a total of three sets of six groups.Then,the formal background database is established by inputting objects and attributes in Excel format.Then,18 partial order structure diagrams of visual attributes are automatically formed by Pattern Analytics Tool software.The knowledge discovery of correlation and specificity between time and symptoms,correlation between time and syndrome type,axis of syndrome type,correlation between time syndrome type and decoction syndrome,disease syndrome was obtained.The results of the fourth part are mainly the Six Classics System Solved Timing theory understanding,clinical basis,data information ratio and clinical data knowledge discovery.This chapter also analyzes and discusses the clinical guiding significance of the research results.The fifth part is the analysis of the case,to reflect the clinical significance of the theory of the Six Classics System and Solved Timing.ResultsResults included theoretical understanding,clinical basis,data information ratio and knowledge discovery of clinical data.1.Literature shows that most of the Shang Han Lun annotations regard Solved Timing theory as not being able to guide clinical practice,which should be solved.Modern doctors have different opinions on it.Some claim that it is the remission period of disease syndrome,while others claim that it is the emergence or remission of disease syndrome.It is suggested that both theory and clinical application are controversial and the clinical problems of exploring space.There are altogether 12 dissertations on the Six Classics System related to the Huangdi Neijing,which are classified into the activities of the form and qi,the body structure,the position of disease,the transformation and transformation of all things,and the treatment principles.By the arrangement of yin and yang and the description of the content.the characteristics of the Six Classics System of qi mechanism are obtained.Shang Han Lun sorted out the main symptom factors and main syndrome elements and obtained the Six Classics System and the pathogenesis of Solved Timing.In the textbook of traditional Chinese medicine,the relevant contents of Six Channel Solved Timing,Zi Wu meridian circulation and Wu Yun Liu Qi are sorted out,and the application relationship of each other is analyzed to obtain the application characteristics of Six Channel Solved Timing.Through the mechanism,pathogenesis and application characteristics of qi mechanism mining,the theoretical understanding and clinical basis of Six Classics System Solved Timing are integrated.According to the theoretical understanding,the relationship between the four periods,the opening and closing pivots,the six sections of organ images and the specimens is inseparable.Solved Timing is consistent with the reverse order of four-period treatment,and the content is consistent.According to the content of solved timing,the mechanism of four-hour qi-machine is analyzed in six steps:ascending,lengthing,descending,transferring,storing,and releasing.The six steps are the reflection of form assists by four period to fight and to eliminate disease.Therefore,the clinical basis of Six Channel Solved Timing can be summarized as Shaoyang fighting disease in the dawn;Taiyang fighting disease in the noon;Yangming fighting disease in the afternoon;Taiyin fighting disease is at mid-night;Shaoyin fighting disease is at night;and Jueyin fighting disease is at late night.2.Clinical research acquisition the basic information of the patient cases in this study shows a male-to-female ratio of 1:2,with the oldest patient being 96 years old and the youngest being 8 months old.The age distribution follows a parabolic shape,with a peak at 50-59 years old.There is a total of 13 suspect diagnose cases.In 351 Six Channel Solved Timing cases,the distribution is mainly focused on Shaoyang disease,Jueyin disease,and Shaoyin disease.It is basically consistent with Li Saimei Solved Timing case distribution and Malaysia Solved Timing case distribution framework.Furthermore,when looking at the distribution of cases and their astrological readings for the year,they are coincidence.According to the original records of patients,the description of channel time has obvious specificity,suggesting that the Six Channel Solved Timing period is the reflection of human senses.Knowledge discovery is a common clinical phenomenon that disease syndrome intensifies in the period symptoms were compared,and the key symptoms of the Six Channels transformation and transmutation rule were obtained.At the same time,through the correlation of various syndromes,the research seeks the program of syndrome type,and obtains the opportunity for the formation of disease syndromes,as well as the law of disease syndromes decoction and medicine.The associated symptoms of high frequency in Six Channels are common symptom groups of each channel,indicating the syndrome of each Channel disease;cluster and specific symptoms were the main symptoms and classification of each channel.The above syndromes are combined with axis syndrome type,decoction syndrome and disease syndrome relationship to achieve scientific expression of the concept of TCM syndrome elements.Combined with the clinical basis of specialist diagnosis and treatment scheme and literature,the Six Channel constitution survey scale is constructed.On this basis,the Six Channel constitution survey scale is further deepened and the relationship between six-meridian and zang fu organs is combined to construct the schematic diagram of Six Channel interpretation of all diseases.The diagram is Solved Timing by Six Channel,corresponding to the time orientation of twelve meridian veins,and then corresponding to the zang fu organs.In accordance with the four times,qi activity and qi complement each other,and qi and blood harmonize in the zang fu organs.Inverse time for layers on,the disease gradually deeper.It also describes the course and development of metabolic syndrome,atherosclerosis,and degenerative diseases.The above scales and diagrams reflect the clinical guiding significance of the research results.Finally,based on the research results,the medical records of bile duct tumor,aphasia with nerve paralysis,long-term symptoms of COVID-19,kidney tumor,osteoporosis and COVID-19 were analyzed,indicating that functional exogenous fever could be interpreted by the Six Channel physical survey scale to interpret the development of single syndrome element disease.The development of mixed syndrome and syndrome can be interpreted by Six Channels interpreting all disease diagrams,both of them combined with the content identification of pathogenesis,and had a better role in describing the course of disease,suggesting that the time-space view is the link between the two,and showed that the results of the study are valuable for the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the treatment of disease.ConclusionBased on studying and sorting out the Six Classics "Solved Timing" theory,through the Principle of Attribute Partial Order Structure analyzes the cases of time-oriented literature,the time,symptom,syndrome,decoction,diseases multi-level knowledge discovery,summarize the Six Channel Solved Timing clinical application concept of the change rule of disease and syndrome decoction,provides new evidence to build expert clinical standard.Research shows that Six Channel assists by four period to fight and to eliminate disease,and time is the key to a definitive diagnosis.It shows that Solved Timing is the link point of complex syndrome during every clinical department,and it is closely related to the system of the Six Classics,which is highly valuable for guiding the combination of Chinese and Western in treating and preventing diseases.
