Research On Value Evaluation Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Traditional Music

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture,guiding the direction for the inheritance and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.The "Proposals of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and LongTerm Goals for 2035" adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee requires"inheritance and promotion of the excellent traditional Chinese culture." Traditional music is an intangible cultural heritage with outstanding value left over from the history of mankind,and it is still playing its original function or new function which deceloped in the course of historical evolution.It is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Under the impact of cultural changes and modern popular music,the intangible cultural heritage of traditional music,which relies on a unique cultural space and only inherited by words and deeds,is on the verge of being lost.Based on this,the value evaluation research of the traditional music intangible cultural heritage is to further clarify the value connotation of the traditional music intangible cultural heritage,to study the theories and methods of evaluating its value,and to promote the creative transformation of traditional music innovative development is of great significance.This thesis combines theoretical research with empirical research,and systematically explores the multi-features,value influencing factors,influencing mechanism and value evaluation of traditional music intangible cultural heritage.The thesis consists of six parts in total.In the first and second parts,this thesis defines the intangible cultural heritage of traditional music and its related concepts and theoretical foundations.Its multiple characteristics are analyzed from the aspects of inheritance,vitality,nationality,and non-renewability.In summary,combined with the theories of cultural change,cultural capital and public products,it is believed that when measuring the value of intangible cultural heritage,it is necessary to consider the changes of the times,the development of communication,economic benefits,and public services.In the third part,based on the value chain theory,according to the connotation and characteristics of the traditional music intangible cultural heritage,from the macro level,the dissertation systematically identifys and analyzes the components of the traditional music intangible cultural heritage value chain,and constructs its own endowment and development.The value chain structure model including factors such as level,policy intervention,public perception,etc.,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods such as literature method,interview investigation method,structural equation model,etc.,to study the influence factors and influences of intangible cultural heritage of traditional music.The mechanism has been empirically studied.In the fourth part,based on the analysis conclusions of the previous chapter,combined with the literature analysis and expert consultation results,a value evaluation index system for traditional music intangible cultural heritage is designed and constructed,including historical value,aesthetic value,educational value,economic value,communication value,and social value.Cultural value has 6 dimensions and 25 secondary indicators.In the fifth part,firstly,the correlation analysis of the traditional music intangible cultural heritage evaluation indicators is carried out,and then the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of each indicator,and the traditional music intangible cultural heritage value evaluation multiplication mixed model is constructed;and finally selected 8 representative traditional music intangible cultural heritage projects at the national,provincial and municipal levels to carry out empirical research and case analysis on their value.The research results are basically consistent with the actual situation,which verifying the traditional music proposed in this thesis.Based on the feasibility,scientificity and effectiveness of the intangible cultural heritage value evaluation model,the dissertation puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the protection and development of traditional music intangible cultural heritage and promoting the value of traditional music intangible cultural heritage..The thesis focuses on the research on the value evaluation of intangible cultural heritage of traditional music.The main innovations are reflected in three aspects:First,apply the value chain theory to the value research of traditional music intangible cultural heritage,and construct a value chain structure model suitable for traditional music intangible cultural heritage from a macro level;Second,design and construct a traditional music intangible cultural heritage value evaluation index system with 6 dimensions and 25 specific indicators;Third,on the basis of the analysis of the index correlation,the traditional music intangible cultural heritage value evaluation plus multiplication hybrid model is established,which has practical guiding significance for the scientific and reasonable judgment of the traditional music intangible cultural heritage value and its inheritance and development.
