| Educating people and cultivating talents refers to cultivating people for the party and the country.The two are unified in the whole process of cultivating talents in colleges and universities.Philosophy and social sciences play an irreplaceable role in cultivating talents.Our country is a socialist country under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.Cultivating people and talents is to cultivate socialist builders and successors who have a comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,art,and labor,train generations to support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system,and cultivate useful talents who are struggling for life in the cause of socialism with characteristics.Philosophy and social sciences have distinct political and ideological attributes,which determine their more significant functions in cultivating people and talents.The world today is undergoing major changes unseen in a century.China is in a critical period of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Higher education has entered a stage of high-quality development.“Changes in the world,” “Changes in China,” and “changes in education” are simultaneously intertwined and intertwined.The shock has given colleges and universities a more urgent and arduous task of cultivating people and talents in philosophy and social sciences.General Secretary Xi Jinping gave important instructions on“Implementing the overall development strategy of philosophy and social sciences centered on cultivating people and cultivating talents,and building a comprehensive development system integrating students,academics,and disciplines” at the philosophy and social sciences work symposium.In recent years,a series of policy documents on ideological and political education in colleges and universities promulgated by the state have emphasized the need to“play the function of cultivating people in philosophy and social sciences.” Under the new situation,how colleges and universities promote the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences to improve the level of education and talent education has become a frontier issue of great concern to the party and the state and urgently to be solved in the discipline of ideological and political education.The fundamental question of “Who to train,how to train,and for whom to train” is related to national rejuvenation and the rise of the country.The problem is the voice of the times.Under the new situation,how can we cultivate and win talents in philosophy and social sciences for the party so that we can be justified and can be explained clearly? How to cultivate and enhance the cultural confidence of the new generation,tell Chinese stories and spread Chinese voice? How to enhance the synergistic effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,do a good job of combination boxing,and improve the effectiveness? They are all propositions of the times that need to be solved urgently,and they are also important theoretical issues that this thesis focuses on and ponders.This thesis focuses on the core proposition of “constructing a strategy for cultivating talents in philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities”,following the important speeches and relevant policy documents of the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,and following the idea of student-based,academic-based,and discipline-supported.The thesis tries to organically unify student training,academic innovation,discipline construction and the goal of cultivating talents,innovate and construct a “three-in-one” strategy for cultivating talents in philosophy and social sciences in universities,and strive to improve the level of philosophy and social science cultivating talents in universities and form ideas.The coordinated education pattern of political education is beneficial.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this thesis is divided into five chapters and three parts.Among them,the first chapter is the first part,which focuses on the analysis of the theoretical basis,core meaning,value implication and other prerequisite issues of philosophy and social science education strategy in colleges and universities.The second,third and fourth chapters are the second part,which focuses on the construction of the value orientation of “student-centered” education,the process method of “academic based”education,and the guarantee mechanism of “discipline based” education.The fifth chapter is the third part,which analyzes the realization of the philosophy and social science education strategy of the integration of students,academics and disciplines.The first part is the foothold of this thesis.The key is to solve the problem of what is the essence of philosophy and social science education strategy in colleges and universities.It includes three aspects: theoretical basis,core meaning and value implication.In terms of theoretical basis,we should follow the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings,take the philosophy and social sciences of the Communist Party of China as the premise,take the essence theory and acceptance theory of ideological and political education as the theoretical basis,and take the system theory and synergy theory as the analysis perspective.In the aspect of core meaning,this thesis focuses on the analysis of the basic connotation of the holistic concept of “educating people and talents”,and reveals the main characteristics of the strategy of educating people and talents in philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities.In the aspect of value implication,it mainly reveals the value of ideological and political education contained in philosophy and social science education strategy.The second part is the strategy construction,which is the focus of this thesis.It focuses on answering the question of why students,academics and disciplines are the core elements to construct the philosophy and social science education strategy.Among them,the second chapter focuses on strengthening the value goal of “moral education”,condensing the value identity of “student-centered”,and shaping the value pursuit of “all-round development”,trying to build the value orientation of “student-centered”.The third chapter focuses on the prominent problems such as students’ subject awakening driven by academic development,students’ moral character cultivated by academic responsibility,and long-term education ecology created by academic evaluation,trying to build the process method of “academic based”.The fourth chapter focuses on the key issues of coordinating the overall effect of different disciplines,promoting the integration of ideological and political elements into all curriculum construction,and improving the ability of philosophy and social science teachers to cultivate talents.It tries to build a “discipline-based” education security mechanism,and answers why to build a philosophy and social science education strategy with students,academics and disciplines as a whole.The third part,the method of realization,is the foothold of this thesis.It focuses on the analysis of how to realize the “three in one” philosophy and social science education strategy in colleges and universities.It mainly includes the realization principle,mechanism and path.In terms of operational principles,it puts the philosophy and social science education strategy in a broader perspective,focusing on the analysis of the overall principle,comprehensive principle,strategic principle and coordination principle of the system.In the aspect of action mechanism,this thesis focuses on the functional orientation and relationship among students,academics and disciplines,and clarifies their status and functions.In the aspect of realization path,this part puts forward to form the development concept,leadership system,working mechanism and evaluation mechanism of “three in one”,so as to ensure the scientific and effective education strategy of
