Research On The Militia Work In The Communist Party Of China During The War Of Liberation

During the War of Liberation,facing the severe war situation,the Communist Party of China regarded the militia work as an extremely important work and always attached great importance to the construction and development of militia organizations.In order to meet the needs of the war and the demands of the militia organization construction,the Communist Party of China reorganized and educated the militia team from the organizational and ideological aspects,improved the militia organization and strengthened the ideological education of the militia,which enabled the militia group to realize the political and ideological transformation to the liberation war.At the same time,the Communist Party of China also actively carried out the military training of the militia,increased the logistics support of the militia who participated in the war,reformed the local concept of homesickness and the thought of small farmers who were afraid of participating in the war,and further promoted the regularization of the militia.Under the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China,the broad masses of militiamen have not only become the military armed forces to defend the rear,but also become an important backbone force to support the front-line wars,making great contributions to the ultimate victory of the war of liberation.Today,the CPC’s fruitful experience in militia work during the Liberation War still has certain reference significance and value for the development of contemporary militia work,which is worthy of our further in-depth study.Based on Marxism,this paper makes a systematic and comprehensive explanation of the Party’s militia work during the Liberation War,and summarizes the historical experience of the militia work in this historical period,with a view to comprehensively utilizing the research methods such as literature analysis,historical analysis,systematic analysis and cross-research.Specifically,the paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.which mainly introduces the basis and research significance of the paper,the research status of relevant scholars at home and abroad on militia,the general research ideas and specific research methods,and points out the innovation and shortcomings of the paper.This part lays an important foundation for the specific writing of this article.The second chapter is the background of the Communist Party of China militia work during the Liberation War.This part first combs the theoretical source of the CPC’s militia work during the Liberation War,that is,the people’s war thought.Secondly,the historical process of the CPC’s development and construction of militia organizations in the early days of the founding of the Party,the Agrarian Revolutionary War and the All-round Anti-Japanese War was traced back,and the consistent policy concept and working mechanism of the Party’s militia work were analyzed.Finally,it not only explains the revolutionary situation after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War and the CPC’s general militia policy,but also analyzes the grim realistic situation faced by the militia work in the liberated areas,thus highlighting the necessity and urgency of strengthening the militia work and construction during the War of Liberation.The third chapter is the political work of militia in the Communist Party of China during the War of Liberation.This part is mainly carried out from three aspects: the construction of militia organization team,ideological and political education and meritorious service movement.First of all,in the face of the development dilemma within the organization,the Communist Party of China established and improved the organization and leadership of the militia,defined the division of responsibilities of various departments,further reviewed and reformed the militia,and cultivated the backbone of the militia by developing party member and activists.Secondly,in view of the ideological style of the militia,the situation and task education,revolutionary class education and policy discipline education of the militia have been further strengthened.Finally,it makes a special discussion on the meritorious service movement in the political work of the militia,specifically introduces the practical process of the meritorious service movement of the militia and its role in cultivating the revolutionary heroism of the militia.The fourth chapter is about the militia military work in the Communist Party of China during the War of Liberation.Militia is not only a mass armed organization,but also an important part of the CPC’s "three-in-one" armed forces system,which played an important military role during the War of Liberation.This part mainly takes the wartime support provided by the Communist Party of China to the militia during the War of Liberation as the breakthrough point,and focuses on the supply and preferential treatment of the Communist Party of China to the militia from three aspects: the militia’s weapons and equipment support,production and living support and medical care support.The author believes that the implementation and development of militia security work during the Liberation War not only solved the militia’s concerns about participating in the war,but also transformed the narrow concept of small-scale peasant interests of the militia to a certain extent,and raised it to the height of putting national interests first,and established the glorious idea of joining the army and participating in the war.The sixth chapter is the effect and experience enlightenment of the Communist Party of China militia work during the Liberation War.This part first combs the historical achievements of the Communist Party of China militia work during the Liberation War,then summarizes and refines the basic experience of the great success of militia work during this period,and finally puts forward some thoughts and countermeasures on how to promote the efficient development of militia work in the new era,with a view to providing useful reference for contemporary militia construction.
