In recent years, as the built of many highways and major water projects, the project accidents caused by the sliding of colluvial slopes, especially in the western mountainous areas which are mainly covered by stacked layers. In order to reduce the loss of human life and production due to the colluvial slope sliding,many experts and scholars worked on researching for the evaluation method to the stability of landslide. As the wide distribution, big volume, suddenly occurrence, serious harm of these landslides, they have different characteristics and laws from other types of the landslide. In this essay, the dynamic analysis method was used, which provides an effective way to quantitatively evaluate the stability of the accumulation landslide.Firstly, analyze the geological conditions of the slope, draw the profile of the slope, and set up the height unit of the slope, and draw the first structure. Secondly, establish the stability dynamic analysis model of colluvial slope, obtain the stability coefficient in different geological conditions and in the consideration of non-hydrostatic pressure, hydrodynamic pressure and seismic force. Then list the commonly used control and treatment measures of colluvial slope at home and abroad and their application conditions. Finally, the feasibility of the method was demonstrated by a project.The dynamic analysis method proposed in this study could rapidly and lively calculate the stability coefficient based on the changes of slope height, and some external factors, such as non-hydrostatic pressure, hydrodynamic pressure of groundwater and seismic force were taken into consideration during the calculation. So the stability coefficient and the form of the sliding surface under different slop height were obtained.The dynamic analysis method of the landslide stability in this study could predict the stability under different slope height, could achieve the calculation of stability of accumulation layers with different thickness, could infer the location of the export cut, could predict the volume of instability slope and landslides grades of accumulation layers. The stability analysis method could evaluate the stability of the colluvial slopes from the top to the base, and provide technical basis for the governance program of high slop.
