The Design And Implementation Of Coordinate Conversion System

Coordinate conversion is not a new subject. With the rapid development of surveying and the formation of global integration, Increasing demand for the formation of a standardized global mapping data,Especially in the respect of coordinate system. Since the different purpose of the different units of measurement, The Choice of ellipsoidal reference system will be different too. There were many different forms of coordinate system. For example, WGS84 coordinate system,Xian80 coordinate system, Beijing 54 coordinate system, local coordinates etc .There are also have three forms to representation coordinates in the same coordinate system, like rectangular space coordinates, geodetic coordinates, plane coordinates. Depending on the different mapping needs, there needs to coordinate conversionAt first, this paper describes the basic theory of the geodetic coordinates. Then coordinate system transformation method is researched. Especial transformation method of different coordinate systems, Geocentric Cartesian coordinates of the same coordinate system and it Geodetic System, Geocentric Cartesian coordinates of the different earth models, Geodetic System and map are researched. The simple models and the computing method of transformation Parameter with Geoentric Cartesian coordinates and Geodetic system among WGS-84,XiAn80 and BeiJing54 coordinate systems are studied. Also the transformation algorithm between WGS84 coordinate system and XiAn80 coordinate is given in local district. It studied the reliability of transformational data in different coordinate system and same coordinate system. The system test results Consistent with the expected, it also meet the requirements of demand analysis. Finally, this paper sum up the characteristics and the lack of this system, also propose further research directions.
