The intensive use and the optimum location (IUOL) of urban land are the core of urban land use Problem. It is one of hotspots of research Present how to structure a kind of the theory and its Technical realization of objectivity, quantification in urban land use. Based on the summarizing production of domestic and international relevant study, author try to design basic theoretical system, method model system, realization way of melting quantification and technology, Visualizing of course and result etc. About IUOL with systematic characteristic of Chinese urban and use, it can help the department of managing and planning to find the better goal scheme of land use.Along with computers, databases and geographic information system (GIS) in the rapid development of urban land acquisition and management of information has been available for some fast and efficient to handle. GIS has a powerful argument for its geospatial data management and analysis capabilities, and can provide visual display of results, become a feature of the site evaluation tool of spatial properties.According to the research objectives of this project and the research and the need to address the key issues, first of all carried out on the basis of land suitability evaluation theory, building land suitability evaluation system. And then to make spatial optimization algorithms to construct optimal allocation of resources, urban land space calculation model. Finally, specific cases, in Jinan produced a database of land use types, and application on this basis.Urban land resources for the scientific rational use, the use of geographic information system technology, by using different methods and models of urban land, residential, industrial and commercial suitability evaluation. (1)This study evaluated according to the modern urban planning theory, spatial data mining, geographic information system algorithm, a variety of urban land suitability evaluation system for a theoretical discussion and analysis of factors affect the types of land, the establishment of three types of index system of land, discuss the method of index weight.(2)Through the existing land use map of Jinan to the highest degree of coordination between land neighboring and the Minimum degree of the objective of costs of land conversion After optimization. Use multi-objective genetic algorithms, the original land-use type crossover, mutation, and recombination.Optimization and improved genetic algorithm, so that the original genetic algorithm process the data stream, with secondary development of GIS into spatial genetic algorithms, directly in the GIS software layers of data processing and analysis. And improve the mechanism of genetic algorithm, can more quickly and efficiently find the optimal solution. Adopt a set of the previous evaluation system, are not well distinguish between residential and industrial and commercial land use between the different types, this model can be obtained suitable to do what lots of different purposes. Through the existing land use maps of Jinan, use of Spatial genetic algorithm, type crossover, mutation, recombination the original land use. Conversion costs and the introduction to the concept of class, so that the optimization of land closer to the reality. Make the previous single-objective optimization ideas change into multi-objective optimization.After two different models calculated the land resources, get the result of spatial optimal allocation of Jinan City. And analysis and conclusion to the result chart, compare with the future planning of programs of Jinan City. After objective and accurate evaluation of Advantages and disadvantages of the research methods, come to the city of Jinan on the status and future land use areas for improvement.Using geographic information system to gather a variety of data information and the ability to quickly analyze and output systems, improve and enrich the design and construction of urban planning means, improving efficiency and urban planning and construction management of modern Chinese urban planning and urban management department Inevitable development Direction. Also is the main method of the specific application of GIS to research areas.
