With the acceleration of China's modernization process,the intensity of the exploitation of land resources is gradually increasing,the contradiction between human activities and land resources is increasingly prominent,the imbalance of regional land use structure,the waste of land resources and other problems seriously limit the sustainable development of China's society,economy and ecology.Optimal allocation of land use is an important means to promote efficient and rational utilization of land resources,and also an important part of land environmental management.How to make use of different land resources scientifically and effectively and avoid unnecessary waste of resources is the key to solve a series of problems existing in existing land resources.Paper from the overall optimization of land use of small towns and the water resources optimization of two angles,the remote sensing technology,GIS technology combined with multi-objective optimization algorithm,optimized allocation of land use model was constructed,and the Wang Jiang county in anhui province as the study area,the regional land resources optimization strategy,realization of regional land use optimal allocation,and then,the optimization for the regional land resources sustainable development,land resource management and so on to provide technical support,and to provide theoretical support for the future land optimization.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In view of the widespread problems of scattered and extensive land distribution,excessive land development and utilization intensity and unreasonable utilization methods in China's small and medium-sized cities and towns,remote sensing and GIS technology are used to realize the optimal allocation of regional land use by combining multi-objective genetic algorithm with the compact and suitability of land use as the target.Firstly,the original land data were processed with neighborhood assimilation,and then the population initialization of GA(Genetic Algorithm)was improved.Finally,the optimization results were compared and analyzed with the traditional Genetic Algorithm,and the optimization results of regional functional characteristics were evaluated from the perspectives of economic and ecological indicators and ecological landscape index.The results showed that the economic benefit and ecological benefit increased by 21.59 million yuan and 16 million yuan respectively.From the perspective of landscape pattern,the number of plaques in the study area decreased by 4,837.Meanwhile,the average patch density decreased,the average patch area increased,and the spatial aggregation increased.After optimization,the land layout of wangjiang county tends to be concentrated,which has certain theoretical significance for improving the extensive or unreasonable land use of small towns in the region,and can provide data support for the government's decision-making.(2)Optimize the spatial allocation of land resources from the perspective of water resources optimization.Aiming at the problems of unreasonable utilization of water resources and flood disaster in rainy season in areas with abundant water resources.Combining remote sensing and GIS technology with multi-objective optimization,land suitability parameters are set on the basis of water resources,and regional land use optimal allocation model is constructed with economic,ecological and social benefits as the objectives.Firstly,land suitability evaluation is based on the rivers and lakes in the research area,and the parameters of land type suitability are set according to the distribution characteristics of rivers and lakes in wangjiang county.Based on this,the suitability of other types of land is evaluated as the basis for subsequent optimization.Then,in addition to the conventional economic and ecological benefits,the objective function is set with social benefits as the third optimization goal.The social benefits include the degree of water shortage of each land type in wangjiang county and the degradation degree of sewage discharge of each land type in wangjiang county as the influencing factors.Finally,the optimization results are analyzed from multiple perspectives.The results showed that the distribution of economic and ecological benefits in wangjiang county increased by 12.9944 and 0.0940.6 billion yuan,and the social benefits increased by 39.89.The results show that this optimization method has certain theoretical significance and practical value for the water system developed areas represented by wangjiang county,and provides reference for the government to control the regions with sufficient water resources.
