With rapid development of modern science and technology and economic, problems considered in management decisions become more and more complex, Quantitative Evaluation and Review Technique based on network model has been greatly promoted,and people requests higher requirements for the diversity of output. However,now exists VERT-3 model written in Fortran 77, the output is single histograms,which can no longer meet the needs of the faster development needs.The main study of this paper is using MATLAB and C language to optimize the output report of VERT-3 software system, and introduces the multivariate statistical chart to apply into Venture Evaluation Review Technique, intuitively and vividly outputs high-dimensional data in the horizontal plan in the form of radar maps, constellation etc,can output a lot of results that managers concerned about, the outputs have various options,and are easier to conduct risk analysis,thus making Random Network Evaluation and Review System has greatly improved in capacity to simulate the actual system, practical application and diversity of output.Finally, this paper uses the decision of corporation associate as an example to explain its practical application,which reflects Random Network Evaluation and Review Technique has unlimited broad prospects in the development of new products and the decision of corporation associate.
