The elastic plate is widely used in the fields of mechanical engineering, electronic equipments, aerospace, etc. Dynamic parameters are determined through the dynamic characteristic analysis, which can provide important design parameters for fault diagnose, reliability analysis and identification, structure optimal design and dynamic model modification of the system respectively. In this paper, the dynamic parameters and vibrating behavior of the complicated elastic plate are analyzed with analytical modal analysis and experimental modal analysis.(1) Establish of mathematical model on elastic plate structure. With the help of conformal mapping theory and the small deflection theory, vibrating differential function is created according to the analysis of physical structure of complex domain elastic plate in the unit dish region instead of the complicated region.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and boundary conditions of the elastic plate, the vibrating differential function for elastic clamped plates of first-step modal and second step modal is deduced.(2) Analytical modal analysis of elastic plate structure, do research on the influence of model frequency with variety mass on elastic plate. Combined with Galerkin method, fundamental frequency and the second step frequency can be obtained, and the variety in modal frequency caused by changing location and mass of concentrated substance described in polar coordinates is analyzed in order to provide designing basis for distributing concentrated mass logically so as to improve the capacity against vibrating for the system.(3) The experimental modal analysis system for elastic plates with concentrated mass can be established with experimental modal analysis theory as basis in order to get modal parameters which included in the frequency band of analysis.Comparing with the result of analytical modal analysis to prove the analytical model is correct.
