The work described in this paper was supported by The Natural Sciences Foundation of Hebei Province (D2010001005).Because groundwater seepage system is complicated, and isn't clearly to people. The research of classical numerical simulation has many difficulties. A new way for studying the dynamics of groundwater was opened up after grey system theory established. As the basic of gray theory, the lack of"classic"numerical thinking is explained well by grey hazy set. And the gap of"continuous"and"discrete"in numerical simulation is filled. Based on grey hazy set theory, groundwater system are analyzed and an objective grey numerical model of groundwater line is built in this paper, which has a crucial practical significance to exploit the groundwater resources with reason.In this paper, grey hazy set theory is used to simulate groundwater seepage system, which based on existing grey model research of groundwater seepage system. The objective grey information of groundwater seepage system is analyzed first, and then greys differential equations about groundwater seepage system is built which based on grey hazy set. Based on grey number and its operational properties, the solution of grey differential equations is obtioned. Based on theoretical analysis, water resources assessment of Kang Tao water source in Wu'an is chose as typical example.It is analyzed from how to generalize and grey geohydrologic conditions, set up grey model, recognize and evaluate the model and so on.It has a very important significant to exploit the groundwater resources with reason, protect the environment of water resources positively and effectively, and ultimately realize the strategic objectives of sustainable utilization on water resources.
