Grey Information-based Decision-making Model And Its Application

In the actual social life,gray decision-problems are widespread.Because the limitation of the problems and problems of its own uncertainty and complexity,the decision-making information is often associated with grey.This paper studies the decision-making model in grey information and its application,the main contents are as follows:The expert-weights and attribute-weights are completely unknown in multiple attribute group decision-making problems of two parameters interval grey number information.Using the basic idea of grey correlation analysis and the decision-matrixes offered by experts,we can get the expert-weights.Through the optimization model of analytic hierarchy process we can calculate attribute-weights.Individual-positive and individual-negative ideal solutions are defined respectively.Throw calculating correlation coefficients of various schemes and the positive and negative ideal solutions we can determine the final comprehensive correlation degree.Then,we can sort schemes by the final comprehensive correlation degree.In the gray fuzzy multi-attribute decision,we must avoid operating fuzzy parts and grey parts respectively by analyzing the literatures.This article is focus on a uniform for calculation in membership and grey degree and defines the deviation degree of grey fuzzy numbers.Then,we can make decision-analysis based on the ideas of grey correlation analysis.Usually in dealing with some realistic decision making problems,we must consider the psychological behaviors of decision-makers.In grey fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making problems,we explored the values for interval number of grey fuzzy sets by considering the psychological behaviors of decision-makers.Thus we build values of each scheme namely overall relative degree rejoice and sort with the size of its values.Finally,the grey decision-makeing models are applied in the of the evaluation in the enterprise competitiveness and management of flood control and material reserves.It is verified in rationality,scientific and effective.
