Geological disasters always create human's loss of life and money, because of its contributors are complict, predictability sent and abnormality happened. At present, human couldn't forecast and prevent accurately, especially, the time that disasters take place is not easy to forecast accurately. But we are should know and master Basic knowledge that how is the disaster develop and accure, so people can take effectively actions and appropriate refugee relief. Do our best to reduce unnecessary personal injury and economic loss that the disasters make.The purpose of this essay is just establishing a set of early warning system about Geological disasters. Establish a Early warning system for Geological disasters preventive treatment, enhance the stress response and reduce unnecessary loss. Major functions including: First, achieving automatic collect storage and dispose; secondly, using the forecasting model to predict the deformation area; thirdly, produce report forms,deformation rate chart and graph automaticly. Fourthly, get the dangerous level of the monitoring target by warning level settings. This essay design the system's purpose,principle,framework,data table,function etc. And then determine impact factor of the disasters happened. Finally, using BP neural network model achieve the function of predictive. At the same time, accord the early warning information to predict the dangerous level. The whole system adopt program interface with Excel forms achieving the data's loading in and reading, greatly reduce the system's burden of data management, enhancing data processing's efficiency.The end of the essay take the Fengjie Meixihe Dam for example explain the system's application process and result in Column slag dam and high fill subgrade monitoring.
