Research Of Genes Encoding 12SrRNA,COI And Ctyb And Genetic Relationship Of 13 Species Falcon Order Birds

There are 311species of 80genus in 5 family from Falcon order in all over the world. And there are 63species of 24genus in 3 family in China.There are 36species of 15genus in 3 family in Inner Mongolia,and the number of bird species is 57.1% in the national total.All along,the classification of research mainly from the morphological characteristics, ecology and geography, and other macro carried out.However,the research in molecular is little. It has some debate on classification because some species are similar with others in habitats and living habits.In this paper,we researched mitochondrial DNA which is from 13species birds of 12SrRNA,COI and Cytb gene seuqences.We got the phylogenetic trees using Neighbor-Joining Method, most parsimonicus method and maximum likelihood method.Also we have another phylogenetic tree from three genes by the MrBayes software.With classification based on macro,we found the birds of Pernis are closer with birds of Aquila in genetic relationship; the birds of Aquila are closer with birds of Buteo in genetic relationship; the birds of Circus are closer with birds of Accipiter in genetic relationship. We also found:Falco columbarius is the earlist species which diverged from Falco family,and Falco tinnunculus is diverged.Then Falco cherrug is next one.The tree comes out two branches.One of branch is Falco amurensis,other of branch is Falco subbuteo.And they together with Falco cherrug constitute a sister branch.From Accipiter family,tree comes out two branches.One of branch are birds of Butastur,Aquila and Pernis genus.Birds of Accpiter and Circus genus are diverged in other branch.It analysed the average of three genes genetic distance and found that the differences of 13species were happened between the age of 8.7-13.25 million years ago.And results consistent with the fossil record of geologic time.
