With the background of wireless sensor network's application in meteorological observation, this paper designed a precipitation and surface seeper measuring system based on the ZigBee protocol.The design realized the measurement of precipitation and surface seeper in the automatic meteorological station by the use of high-precision digital pressure sensors and wireless sensor network technology.The precipitation and surface seeper measuring WSN node design and application is one of the key content of the wireless sensor network research of automatic meteorological station. First, this paper introduced the background and significance of the research project and the current measurement of surface seeper; then it stated the recent developments of the wireless sensor network, proposed a design scheme combined master plate with digital pressure sensors. The Digital pressure sensor is responsible for converting the pressure signal generated by precipitation and surface seeper into a digital signal, realizing the collection of precipitation and surface seeper. The master plate mainly completes the processing and wireless transmission of the data collected, realizing data communications between the master plate and pressure sensors through the serial port. According to the scheme, the paper presented the master board and digital pressure sensor's hardware circuit and software flow chart, and gave brief introduction to the software development environment.Then, this paper used BP neural network interpolation algorithm to correct and make up for the nonlinear and temperature coefficient errors. Next, it used each satisfied BP network neuron's weight, que value as SCM interpolating point correction and compensation processing coefficient. The process was simple and greatly improved the performance of the system, In addition, this paper provided the date format of storage and wireless transmission as well as the Serial control command which the software defined. Also, it introduced the correction of the system. Finally,through the experiment of capture software by C# write PC, node design, experimental used WSN equipment node to complete the wireless communication network data transmission test and precipitation & water collection, to confirm the designed sensor network's reliability and validity.The end summarized the whole text and prospected for the paper's later work according to the existed shortcomings.
