Proved reserves of low permeability components of 64 percent of total reserves in Jilin oilfield, Low permeability reservoirs of jilin oilfield yield components of 38 percent, It is becoming development impetus to explore low permeability reservoir development technology for jilin oilfield, Xinmin oilfield is large fractural low permeability sandstone reservoir developed in 90 years, through more than 20 years development, It has undergone low water-cut stage and medium water-cut stage, at present already began to enter the high water-cut stage, we have accumulated a wealth of experience and technology development in our actual developing. The thesis discusses the development technology of fissured low permeability oil reservoir combined dynamic situation emphatically from the theory. It Mainly includes fine reservoir evaluation technology and application, injection-production balance technology adapted to the fracture developpment direction and development stages and resource effective use technology, etc. it discuss the important influence of development studies in fine reservoir evaluation of sedimentary microfacies taking 104 block as an example. Discuss the important role of deployment played by the micro structure system research in capacity taking 40 blocks as an example. Cracks plays important influence on low permeable oilfield, devis-ing the fracture trend well spacing pattern can prolong aqueous mining in time, in ad-dition it is necessary to formulate water injection policies adapt to development. The thesis mainly discusses the adaptability and flexible well spacing injection policy. Due to the low permeability reservoirs with low permeability,the single well productivity is low , fracturing can effectively improve the single well productivity and injection-production relation, the thesis discusses production rule evaluation, the remaining oil yield law knowledge and fracturing effect supporting construction craft.Low permeability reservoir is facing many problems, this thesis comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience developing for more than 20 years, discuss the development technology of fissured low permeability oil reservoir, and develop a series of technical system.
