Sequence Stratigraphy Study Of Putaohua Oil Layer In The Talaha-Changjiaweizi Area

The latest theory and method of sequence stratigraphy, sedimentology, seismic stratigraphy, reservoir geology are adopted in this paper. By using the data of seisin data, log data, core information , the framework of sequence strata and sedimentary facies in the areas of Talaha- Changjiaweizi in the north of Song-Liao basin are analyzed and studied deeply, also the favorable reservoir and lithologic traps are researched and Forecasted primarily. The Fruit enrich "the theories sequence stratigraphy of terrene basin and lerrene basin sedimentology. All researching will play an important role in exploration and development of this area in the north of Songliao basin.The author think the Y1 sequence is a whole third-order sequence (named SQ-14).According to the data of seism, mud well logging, well logging, cores and the principles of well correlation, this third-order sequence is divided into three fourth-order sequences (system tracts) and nine fifth-order sequences (parasequence sets). The lowstand systems tract is formed in the background of forced lake regression, which is consist of .three prograding parasequence sets. This prograding complex consists of several small prograding bodies. The transgressive system tract is consist of three retrogradational parasequence sets. The highstand system tract is mainly about aggradation.Ninety eight lithologic traps are found in SQ-l4,sixty eight of which are favorable.With these researching the author think that sandstones within the lowstand prograding complex and highstand delta system tract are the most important targets for hydrocarbon exploration. Sandstone within the highstand delta system tract also is good exploration objectives if appropriate sealing conditions exist.
