For airborne survey , it is difficult to identify the information of the in-situ leachable sandstone type uranium deposits which are deep buried under ground by the traditional data processing and the traditional abnormal analysis method. With the change of prediction type from harder rock to in-situ leachable sandstone-type uranium deposits, it is urgent to improve the data processing method and abnormal analysis method.In this paper, the author analysed the application of airborne survey and remote sensing technology in the predicting in-situ leachable sandstone-type uranium deposits, and put forward an idea which synthetically utilizes information of airborne survey and remote sensing to predict the sandstone type uranium deposits , and a new method of data processing for airborne survey. The author has made an image of simulated reflectance and has achieved following results:(1) A predicted model which synthetically utilizes information of airborne survey and remote sensing to look for the sandstone type uranium deposit has been established. This model made full use of the advantage of multi-subjects and multi-methods, and reasonably extracted relative mineralization information in different geological data. The technique effectively integrates useful information of airborne survey and remote sensing in order to improves work efficiency.(2) According to physical property of optics, the image of simulated reflectance has been made. It includes all of the seven bands' information of Landsat TM images, these images have higher quality and resolution.(3) The author applied wavelet analysis in the data processing of airborne radioactive survey, and analyzed the effect of wavelet used in spectrum data processing, line data processing and region data processing. The author had proved that the wavelet used in spectrum data processing can gain more true and more ideal information than traditional data processing method,and can accurately identify information which is beyond main energy windows by practice data. The author considered it is effective to extract abnormal information when the wavelet used in line data processing, and it is effective to eliminate the belt of airborne radioactive survey data when the wavelet used in region data processing.
