Studies On Endophytic Fungi In Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv And Ficus Carice

Plant endophytic fungus is a kind of fungus which spends all or most life cyclesⅢrj plant hosts．and does not make any diseased symptom．They constitute a large,specia j fungal group．and they are to be found in all or almost all plants． In this paper,80 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the root,stem,leaf of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv。They were identified as Alternaria sp．,Fusrium sp．,Phoma sp．,Pythium sp．1 Botrytis sp．,Oidium sp．,Rhizoctonia sp．,Penicilliopsis sp．,Oospora sp．,Tubercularia sp．,Cercospora sp．,Phytophthora sp,Tolyposporium sp．,Doassnia sp．based on morphological Eucommia Ulmoides．87 strains endophytic fungi were isolated from the root,stem,leaf of Ficus carice．They were identified as Alternaria sp．,Fusrium sp．,Zythia sp．,Trichothecium sp．,Tubercularia sp．,Botrytis sp．,Paecilomyces sp,Penicilliopsis sp,Aschersonia sp?,Nectria sp,Oidium sp—Aspergillus sp．,Penicillium sp．,Oidiopsis sp．based on morphological Ficus carice．Alternaria sp．and Fusrium sp．were dominantl genus in both Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv．and Ficus carice．It showed that the quantity,species,and distribution of the endophytic fungus varied in different parts of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv．and Ficus carice． Some strains of endophytic fungi isolated from Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv and Ficus carice,and their metabolites were screened on antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli．Results showed that extensivly bio．active substances existed in endophytic fungi from Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv and Ficus carice．seven strains of endophytic fungi have relatively high activity from Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv in Ethyl acetate solutions,they were identified asAlternaria sp．,Oidium sp．,Botrytis sp．,Tubercularia sp．andPhoma sp．,five strains of endophytic fungi have relatively high activity from Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv in Acetone solutions,they were identified as Pythium sp．,Alternaria sp．,Fusrium sp．； six strains of endophytic fungi have relatively high activity from Ficus carice in Ethyl acetate solutions,they were identified as Oidiopsis sp．,Alternaria sp．,Aschersonia sp．1 Zythia spi,Penicilliopsis spj and Trichothecium sp．,six strains of endoph~ic fungi have relatively high activity from Ficus carice in Acetone solutions,they were identified as Alternaria sp．,Oidiopsis sp．,Trichothecium sp．and Penicilliopsis sp． One strain with relatively high activity of endophytic fungi from the root of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv．was fermented culture．one chemical compound was isolated and unidentified structure from the metabolites．...
