In this paper, in order to solve the problem of the low power efficiency and the high energy waste of domestic hydraulic excavator under the load changing greatly as well as the badly working conditions, the theoretical and experimental research in pursuit of high power efficiency on hydraulic drilling machine was proceed.IntroductionThe purpose and the meaning of researching the thesis of energy saving of hydraulic excavator were discussed. The researching actuality of domestic on energy saving of hydraulic drilling machine was clarified in this paper. It was feasible and necessary to study the thesis of energy saving of excavator.2. Power mode control system under divided working statusThere main causes of energy waste of hydraulic excavator were explained. In the basis of discussing the characteristic of the engine and the pump, the power principle between them were found. As a result, the new energy saving control theory and the new power mode under divided working status were established. All of these constituted the theory foundation and the research direction of the energy saving control system of hydraulic drilling machine.3. Hardware design of the control systemUnder the direction of the theory established above, the hardware of the control system was designed which includes: the part of the diesel engine, the part of the variable displacement pump (the primary control system), the sensor, the part of the power magnify and the actuator, etc.In the part of the diesel engine control, the position closed loop control system was adopted includes: microprocessor, isolation circuit, power magnify circuit, accelerograph actuator of the engine and the signal modulate circuit. Their principle, function and circuit component were also introduced. In the part of the variable displacement pump control, the rotate speed closed loop control was adopted. It includes: the computer system, the input and output conversion system, load system, variable displacement adjust system, the signal magnify system, the pressure measure system and the rotate speed measure system. All of their function, principle and circuit component were explained in detail.4. The arithmetic research and the software design of the energy saving engine control systemFirst, introduce the fuzzy theoretical foundation that controls, according to the working situation and systematic characteristic of the hydraulic drilling machine, fuzzy to is it check form law to control according to what routine use at first, is it control inquiry form that course use to draw. According to the weighting amount different from need at different state of rate of change of the error of the rotational speed error finally, utilize the analysis describing type with intellectual right function to control the regular theory fuzzily , come trends displacement to change pump according to engine change of rotational speed , thus change the absorption torsion of the pump, realize pump and power of engine is it control to match , make variable displacement of pump change on the basis of change of load, achieve the purpose to stabilize rotational speed of the engine at the same time .Then, how to choose the sampling circle was introduced. The math model and the transfer math function of the engine accelerograph control system were established. Trough simulation on Matlab, The results of the responds to step signal and the root track of the control system showed that the system was instability. In order to acquire satisfied dynamic characteristic and static state characteristic, adding series emendation before the open loop transfer function was pointed out.Since normal PID closed loop control system was still widely applied in industrial field, the realization principle and the method of both PID control system- the position PID control system and the incremental PID control system were explained at first.
