At present, inquiry learning become a hot pot in mathematics education and research, and also the major manifestation of closely combine between the structural doctrine study theory and teaching practice. The inquiry learning in the course of advanced Mathematics is an important problem of higher education for its main meaning. Students should develop the inquiry learning, which determined the teacher must carry out the inquiry teaching. This paper is including six parts.The first part is mainly introduced the research background. Concerning the inquiry learning and inquiry teaching in the field of math education. We should trace back to the later period in 1980', when the teaching movement with "resolve problems" represented by U.S.A. In 1990s', the inquiry learning which embodied the spirit of contemporaneous structural doctrine study theory, had become an international development trend of courses reform movement in colleges. "Inquiry learning" is also playing huge role in the new curriculum reform of the basic educational stage of our homeland. The experience of the basic education is worth drawing lessons from, should introduce the mode of such novel learning aid inning pace with era too in higher ability, bring up high—qualities talent who has initiative sprit and research ability for the society even more. Put forward higher request to the personality advanced Mathematics accomplishment in era of knowledge—driven economy, the development ofscience and technology and progress of the society are promoting the process of educational reform of "inquiry learning " or "inquiry teaching" in advanced Mathematics curriculum of the science (This text is abbreviated as advanced Mathematics) and engineering non—Mathematics special.The second part is Understanding of "inquiry learning" that on the basis of synthesizing some relevant documents mainly, provide the meaning of inquiry learning in advanced Mathematics , and has analyzed the current situation and meaning related to mathematics inquiry learning and relevant documents of the method .The third part .It is under the modern guiding to learning theory and teaching theory, the research of "inquiry learning" is designed about Mathematics of the university. Take the random sampling method. Through questionnaire investigation , the interview of half a structural formula and classroom instruction are observed, etc. The collection of method carrying on the firsthand information and data. The data all adopt SPSS 10.0 to counted the software and carried on quantitative analysis, other materials have been analysed by determining the nature mainly.The fourth part. The inquiry teaching of Mathematics should pay close attention to the rudimentary knowledge of Mathematics, basic technical ability and basic method. And also reflect the interest and challenge of study. They should be certain degree of difficulty, in order to promote students' overall development. For this reason, teachers should insist on regarding training students* question and probe into consciousness as a center of studying teaching all the time. Enable representing various kinds of challenging starting point of forming studying teaching of question of Mathematics. Creative Mathematics thinking forms the foundation of inquiry learning.
