China is one of the most serious countries suffering landslide in the world. At present, the area threatened by landslide in our country has occupied 1/5-1/4 of the whole land area, and the economic loss caused by landslide is up to 20 billion Yuan every year. It is impossible in our country to have enough economic and technical force to thoroughly control the risky landslide. So using new methods, aiming at raising the accuracy of prediction, taking steps to prevent and reduce natural disasters , reducing the loss caused by this kinds of disaster to the lowest degree, in the research of landslide is valuable.Based on the above purpose, this paper, aiming at the basic and key problem in the past research of landslide prediction, applied the Artificial Immune System (AIS) to constitute relevant algorithms to solve the problems, such as filtering the monitoring data, discriminating the catastrophe point of landslide, merging multiple prediction models. During the problems' solving, this paper take the DanBa landslide and the XinTan landslide as the examples to verify the algorithms.All the results indicate that, this paper has resolved the key problems in the research of landslide from theory to the techniques, and probed a thoroughly new method for prediction landslide.
