Ground water is usually the mainly water resource for drinking and irrigation in the wide rural areas in northern China. But the ground water also become the one of the important water resource for the Chinese northern cities while the surface water is deficient as the development of the cities and industry. This paper has done the following jobs according to the hydrodynamic principles by analysis the hydro-geological condition of the urban area, pipe well drilling, pumping tests and water quality assay materials, and the regular of the water flow.1.analysis the domain water equilibrium between the surface water and ground water in the areas of 32 km~2, according to the water resource survey of the urban areas of Baoji County, calculate workable reserve of the phreatic water and phreatic piestic water according to the materials disclosed by the existing wells.2.According to the water equilibrium principle and energy equilibrium rule, develop a math model adaptive to the hydro-geological condition of the local water resource. Also according to the superpose fundamental of the pumping water of the well cluster and analysis, forecast the amplitude of the water level falling of the local wells with 20 years under the condition that the production volume of a single well is given through researching the ground water field.3.An reasonable exploit program has been developed for the construction of the water resource engineering of Baoji County through comparing with several exploit program. Thefinal program is to dig six piestic wells and five deep wells.4.To the recommended exploit program, analysis the impact to the around people by the water pumping, and the influence to the environment by the drain water. And the result is there is little negative influence to the around environment.
