| Currently, the stage results of reconnaissance and design sectors are still electricdata of CAD style and paper output manifestation of its plotting papers. Each sector ofreconnaissance and design is still relative independent of using the surveying data.This have no full exerted function of computer in data manage and assistant design.Introducing the GIS into the reconnaissance and design sector, applying the GISto carry on the management of the data of CAD style relief map, making use of theGIS spatial analysis function to carry on the spatial analytical to the data of relief mapin the design process and combining with person-computer interaction design process,realize fast optimization, choice and decision of design scheme and increase therationality of the design scheme .This can raise the efficiency of design greatly,enhance quality of design result.This dissertation lays particular emphasis on method study.
