Study On Land And House Integrative Cadastral Management Information System

Land and house are important parts of modern cadastral management, land and house integrative management has more advantaged than the separate management. It is in favor of the share of land and house resource and offer more exact decision-making for government function department, moreover, it is the base of comprehensive service for public. With the development of IT and GIS, Land and house integrative management information system is availed.The organization and management of spatial data is one of the nuclear questions . It is straight related to land and house integrative management information system. This paper take the land and house spatial data as research object. Study the mechanism of memory and manage the spatial data by analyzing and comparing the spatial data model, and combining the object-relation database(Oracle) with other technology of spatial data engine(ArcSDE).The land and house data has the unique characteristics: great capacity for data, complicated relation of data and figure, spatio-temporal attribute of land and house. In the paper, surrounding the clue of "land to floor to house", those questions are exactly studied: how relating of land and house data, how backdating of land and house ,how forming of regulation in land and house management, and so on. Based on the research, the author offer a feasible scheme for land and house integrative management information system: adopting three layers structure, combining B/S with C/S. At the same time, the design of the whole structure model and particular functional module is expatiated in the paper. At last, the author make a summary of the paper.This paper introduces the method of entity-modeling and application of the workflow technology in land and house management.Based on the analysis of requirement, the aim of design and the principle of design, this paper proposes the whole structure model and particular functional module, which develops the information system of the Land and House integrative management. The research fruits of this paper are of significance for the electronic government construction in the Land and House Department. The developing practice of the system is a good sample for development of the modern cadastral management system.
